Fake company, they collect all your documents like drivers licence, birth cert, passport and they try to pry out all your security questions. this is a company playing the long game. if you have provided any information to them I would reset all your security provisions.

Agent who called me, Khristian, stopped responding to me randomly after he promised to contact me back, completely unprofessional

for starters the phone line (1300 268 892) goes to different people, they change phone numbers daily.

They expect you to send your documents via email without even visiting an office to provide your documents in person.

All the addresses they provide are incorrect and aren’t actual official offices and they continuously lie to you over the phone.

I highly recommend do not waste your precious time with this company, they just a bunch of scammers trying to feed off the vulnerable. ❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️

Sent Khristian a message regarding a job I applied for before Christmas. Filled out registration requirements. He said will get in contact early new year . I waited so I decided to send him a message other day trying to find out any information about the position . But to my disappointment , frustration he did not even bother to reply to let me know anything even though I can see that he received and read message..He knew how keen , interested I was about the role.

There’s so many positive things to say about James! From the beginning of our interactions he kept the right amount of professionalism and personable throughout our interactions. He went above and beyond to ensure I was happy and confident going into an interview. He took time out of his personal day to follow up and make sure everything was going smoothly. I have had the pleasure of meeting this wonderful human. More work places need employees like James!

What made the experience great is l had felt supported throughout my recruitment process Mills was always following it up had faith in me never felt this amount of support during a job search 10/10 would recommend thank you so much again wouldn’t of been able to do it without your support.

This is one recruitment agency that u should avoid at all costs. My experience w dealing w them is that they are unorganised and unprofessional. One job i was sent to was a complete waste of time as they did not organise it with the company that i would be starting that day. They also stated the job paid $41. Which turned out to be much much less than what they said it would. 🤔 after asking some employees they said the same thing. Afer confronting them they said it was a mistake on their part. How can u make a mistake with 4 other employees and expect no repercussions? Do ur self a favour and apply elsewhere. Screw them around if u can as they will do that when it comes time to get ur pay check.

Don't waste your time with this company they send you for a job. Then the customer sends you home because they nothing about you starting as the agency doesn't tell them. So you don't get paid for turning up or your wasted time !!!

They offer positions on Gumtree for full time hours -ongoing work
But unfortunately they make pro.ises that that can't fulfil also sent weeks of shifts that they could not guarantee , called me and told me 1 public holiday made things slow which wasn't true the full time workers returned from holidays ,someone from phoenix told me they would call me in a week or 2 when they needed workers again . No thanks not here to be an oncall slave very disappointed
