One of the strongest after sale support team I have encountered. My unit not only provides typical Android Auto features, but also assumes control of many vehicle features, and has numerous tablet features, like video, apps, browser, etc. I have needed 3 Google Meet video calls to tech service. Each tech was very helpful, polite and patient, always expressing the goal to work with me until an issue was resolved. My only wish is the printed documentation pictures were bigger, and the system's unique Carlink method to connect first time to my cell was more clear...something like one big sheet of paper that said Before You Doing Anything, Do This Cell Phone Connection First. Jin was very helpful as was Katherine.

Knew what the problem was right away after I had been trying to get it fixed for hours

The radio unit is amazing, technical assistance was perfect, Jin knew exactly how to hook it all up, and walked me through the process in a few minutes. I highly recommend the company, its products, and customer service is outstanding

This is my second purchase and Just amazing! Installed the stereo, thought maybe I did something wrong, contacted the company they did a Google call told me how to adapt it my car! Spend 2 days on Google finding the fix. Had the issue with in 30 seconds fixed thank you guys!

The email confirmation explained how to prepare for the tech support session. When the technician called, I had the wiring available for Jin to examine on Google meet. He quickly had me change 2 of the wires and everything worked as it should. It took about 2 minutes.

Great customer service. What a difference. I have a 2019 Ford F350 SXT that had a 5" screen. This is a great addition and upgrade. Take your time, think it though. It'll make your install easier. I had a snag, but customer support was there when I needed them. Wish they had instructions that came with it, but it all worked out.

My guy was patient and got several things taking care of. I hired an installer to originally put my screen in, but somethings needed to be adjusted and he was patient and got it done. Any other things I'll be sure to call back, because of his service

Very knowledgeable about the product and tech savvy for those of us who struggle with video chat.

I was able to sit in my car on video chat and have Gil walk me through the steps necessary to rectify the problem with my microphone during calls. He was patient solved the issue.
