If I could give this company a 0, I would. I ordered a product from them back on January 16, 2025.after not receiving the item, I began to start asking questions. This is where my suspicion peaked! I contacted UPS and later found out the item was damaged in transit. I contacted the company and requested that they ship out a replacement (pomegranate juice powder). They refused to do so and stated they would wait for UPS to contact them and then once received, they would ship out a replacement. This has come and gone now, and when reaching out to them an ouple more times, I receive a response that shows the UPS sticker that it was damaged. Product never received and I have the email chain to support everything as stated.
