the service is not a problem nor is the delivery service (so far).
what i find a bit ... annoying - for lack of better word - if that we have to keep placing a new order every month.
isn't there an option for a direct debit/repeat prescription?
is there a reason why Phlo Clinic do not work with this?

Great service delivery sucks! …
The process with phlo is great and can be done online over a few days. Unfortunately the delivery via Royal Mail has been problematic as each time I have ordered (3) when I get notification of delivery it gets updated after the previous given delivery window has expired. The most recent delivery window of 9.30-1.30 then at 3pm gets updates to 5.30-7.30. Not only did I have to stay in during the morning I then had to miss my pre programmed gym session. This is unfortunately not a suitable delivery schedule for me

Support without any delay
After finishing the dosing first each month I was tied up with some critical moments in my day to day life and do was unable to do the follow ups. Once ready was soon supplied with step up dose to continue the therapy 👍
