Traveling with a group of 5 LGBT travelers and we had an amazing time. This is one of the more expensive options that you will find but one that that I would recommend if it is in your budget. The two locals that met us at the dock were very knowledgeable, spoke great English and also stood in as photographers without even asking - I wish I could add the pictures here. We let them know that we liked snorkeling a bit more than the beach views so they took us to some great spots and fed the fishes while we were in the water.

We brought our own speakers on the boat and had a little dance party before having some lunch and swimming in the lagoon. Overall each one of us said this was our favorite part of our Phuket trip and would do it again in a heart beat!

My take away is that this is a great option for groups or couples that want to create their own experience and have a bit more freedom. The public tours are great but this is better.

We had our custom islands tour on the long tail boat few days ago from Phuket. Our captain was Amazing!!! His name is Hem. He was super friendly and spoke very good English. Hem was very easy to communicate with and he made few very good suggestions about timing of our stops and made our trip extra special. Booking our trip was very easy and communication was very quick and super helpful!! 5 stars all around!!!

Good communication, very flexible, very good boat, and great day out.

we (family of 5) took a private tour to remote island off the phuket coast. extremely attentive team allowed to
make maximum use of facilities (slide, kayak, snorkelling) and provided excellent meal and fruit throughout the journey. great boat, very good communication, excellent customer service.

I had an amazing experience with Phi Phi tours! The boat was beautiful and very clean and the staff was helpful. The food was extremely delicious and we loved the various options. They kept cold beverages from water, to sprite, to cokes! Our favorite part was visiting the various islands and jet skiing and kayaking. The experiences was so seamless and relaxing would definitely do again!

We loved our tour. We booked a half-day evening tour. The catamaran was nice, clean, with all advertised amenities like inflatable slide and the pool, and kayak and what not, which was fun to use! The crew was very nice and welcoming. We took an evening tour, so we did get a chance to catch a sunset, which was amazing and very romantic. We were with out daughter who is 5 years old and the nanny, the crew were super diligent with all the safety instructions. The service was what I would expect here in Thailand. From pick-up from the the hotel to drop-off. Worth every penny and I totally recommend these guys.

We enjoyed our tour from start to finish!
Everything was perfectly organized.
We were picked up at the hotel on time and our speedboat was already waiting for us at the port for our private tour.
We were able to experience so much, all our wishes were fulfilled, cool drinks and fruit were always available.
I can't think of a better place to invest our money.

This was a great experience. Our guide Christina met us at Chalking Pier and explained everything to us. Once on the Boat she introduced us to the catamaran workers and the captain. She laid out our trip and let us know it would be a bit choppy. We were able to hit all the sights and we were quite happy that she kept it real in regards to our timeline and making sure we did everything we wanted. They had a blue tooth hookup, snorkeling for all, a kayak, a dingy and a slide. Lunch was chosen prior to the trip and was very tasty. They also provided us with a cooler of drinks and water. The trip back to Phuket was amazing as we were able to catch a beautiful sunset. All in all I would recommend them for your trip to the Phi Phi Islands.

Great experience! The company organized everything very well! The crew very nice too. We did the excursion to Phi Phi island from Krabi, and had so much fun. We absolutely recommend the company and the excursion.

Booked the 53FT INDIGO POWER CATAMARAN TOUR for a group of 17 to Phi Phi.

Everything was amazing, boat was exactly as photos looked, transfers were bang on time, crew were superb, food was first class, recommend adding the BBQ option as well.

Then the experience of Phi Phi was amazing.

Would recommend to anyone!

my first private experience was very great.
starting when the driver picked me up in the morning I left my phone in the van and just remembered when it was 5 minutes to get on the boat, but the crew and driver were so kind and helpme that I get my phone back at the last moment. khob khunkha sir driver. 🙏🏻👍🏻
and when arrived at phi phi island the captain of the long tail boat was waiting for us at the harbor. he is very kind and talkative.
we started the trip happily and the captain always kept us informed about the trip.
food for lunch its good.

Great trip booked private longboat as I was nervous of boats so didn’t want to be squeezed with a large group. Private pick from hotel in Karon to speedboat, met at pier on Phi Phi to longboat. Unfortunately a bit choppy so we could only do 3 islands. Asked to stay longer at one which was not a problem and had lunch there. Back on time and public boat back to Phuket. Driven back to hotel. Seamless booking, communication and staff. Highly recommended.

We booked this Tour via Internet. All questions were answered in advance. The Operator was very friendly and supportive (via Whats App).
The two boats men were very kind and professional.
Had an awesome day trip to the islands.
Pick up from and to the hotel couldn't be better. Had a luxury van with all amnenities.

My group of 4 chartered a private boat to Phi Phi Island from Phuket pretty last minute- Phi Phi tours was incredible and quickly found us a cost effective option for our group and was VERY responsive & communicative. We even ended up confirming the WRONG hotel for pick up and they quickly found us an alternative driver to ensure we got to the pier on time. Everything was very smooth from pick up to drop off and I was in communication with the tour company nonstop asking questions/ confirming details. The one thing I wish was different was the boat was a tad bit outdated and our driver didn’t speak much English making it a bit difficult to communicate where we wanted to go, some Google translate and a lot of picture pointing quickly helped that though and we ended up having a pretty spectacular day. We went around to a few of the spots around phi phi island but I will say they are PACKED during high season so we only looked and then got dropped off at a less crowded beach for the remainder of the day, which was exactly what we wanted! I’d definitely recommend to travelers who don’t want to spend the day packed into a boat with strangers and want to make their own schedule.

Our first time in Krabi. We booked our private island tour with Phi Phi tours and We had a wonderful experienced. I loved it when they pick up us in the hotel with private minivan. Also, when we started to do our private island tour. The private long tail boat driver was really nice. And tour us in different islands such as Maya Bay, Pileh lagoon, Vicking Cave and Monkey Beach. It was really a best experienced for us and we really enjoyed it. We will definitely book with them again and recommend with my other friends. Its really Worth every penny as it is completely private.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Absolutely awful and such a ripoff. Paid over 11,000 baht for a private longboat tour for two when you can get a private boat on the island for 2,000 baht. The speedboat was late (by 20 minutes which isn’t the fault of this company) but when we arrived for the longboat to pick us up, they were an additional 30 minutes late. The “lunch provided” was put in a cooler with very little ice as the boat captain was actively throwing out rotted food (and the cooler still smelled of rotted food). We didn’t eat. The captain was also very unfriendly and smoking all during the day, which for us is a big deal due to our workplace drug testing. Overall, save your money and disappointment.
