Phimocure promises to replace any missing pieces and ship them to you without cost. After moving internationally, I had that issue and they are meeting that promise, even after a few years.

Ordered, paid for expedited shipping, but order was never shipped. Tried contacting the seller, but never received a reply. Paypal immediately returned the money as soon as I disputed the charge.

I originally bought a set of rings a few years ago and they worked well, but I stopped partway through (the results take time, patience, and commitment which I admittedly should've done better about) after seeing some good results and recently decided to continue the process again.

I had lost a few of the sizes that I was originally using so I emailed the team and they were very gracious to ship me a new set. The response was rather fast and while I have not received the new set yet I can confirm the first set worked well and that I received them fairly quickly, and that the support I received was also good.

Placed order 3 weeks ago, no communication, emaild them and no response

I ordered from here a few weeks ago. Have not received any update on my order. They don't reply to emails. Feels like I just got scammed.

I placed my order almost an entire month ago, and have not received any information about a possible delivery date. Two weeks after I placed my order, I emailed Phimocure to inquire about the order - I never received a response. I've been scammed out of my money.

EDIT: The order arrived after 6 weeks with no communication from Phimocure occurring. It was delivered to a post office instead of the cheap courier options that every other business defaults to, so I had to pay a hefty delivery fee.

I’ve been using this for a few weeks now, and overall I’m pretty happy with it. It does exactly what it’s supposed to do without any unnecessary complications. I recommend these rings to anyone looking to cure their phimosis without any unnecessary surgery.

These rings do work but it takes months and it is well worth the wait. I find it best to wear one while sleeping on my back. It usually falls out but only after a good few hours of use. A little lubrication (cream or spittle) is helpful in fitting them too. I wish I’d used these 30 years ago.

Hi I've had trouble with phimosis for about a year now finally got round to try this brand after many others, within a day of use I noticed a difference an OMG moment give it a go I'm pleased I did

I have found this product to work incredibly well. Before I knew about it, I had had an operation which gave done relief but not enough. By going very slowly with the phimosis rings, I have managed to strengthen the skin where the incisions had been made and have processed through several rings. There is no longer any pain or discomfort and I am confident that after 2 more rings, I will be back to normal. I highly recommend this product to phimosis sufferers. It is a slow process but well worth it. Customer service is also excellent. I lost one ring and was promptly sent a replacement.

Great product, and less intrusive than surgery.

This product really worked for me, and I lost one of the rings. I contacted Phimocure and they very kindly offered to send me a new complete kit without charge. Highly recommended.

I had a severe phimosis (level 4: 10% Glans exposure) and a doctor told me that this cannot be stretched.

Fortunately I was stubborn and decided against that, and instead ordered a kit. The rings take a little bit of work to get used to but once you get the hang of it, it's pretty easy.

It will take a while, but progress is inevitable. Just stay consistent + follow instructions and you will be able to go even from a pinhole to full retraction. It's pretty surreal that an option like this exists and you can avoid going under a knife by investing a trivial amount of money.

Customer service has been great too, they have fulfilled my request for larger rings and been very operative. Highly recommended.

This company is a complete joke. I placed an order in May and it’s now July — I still haven’t received anything.

After multiple ignored emails, they finally promised a replacement, but never shipped it. No tracking number, no updates, no follow-up — just excuses. Their customer service is slow, unreliable, and borderline useless.

It honestly feels like a scam — they take your money, then vanish. I provided a new residential address as requested, still nothing. Not even a confirmation.

⚠️ Avoid Phimocure at all costs. You’re likely to lose your money, waste your time, and be left with zero support.

I am filing a formal dispute with my credit card and will report this company on every platform possible.

I have also started reporting this company across multiple websites and scam report platforms, including Scamadviser.

Getting good results from the product so far would definitely recommend the product.

After ordering, I got an email saying "This will be dispatched within 48 hours"
Almost 2 weeks later, I remembered that I still hadn't received it so I emailed. That was ignored so 5 days later, I emailed again. This one was replied to and I was told that I should have received it days ago and that there was obviously a problem with the delivery company. They said they'd send it out again with tracking.
5 days later, I emailed again to get the tracking information. I gave them most of the day to reply. They didn't so I raised a refund request with paypal.

They may not be scammers - I got my money back. But they may also depend on people forgetting to keep on top of the order or be embarrassed to not try and get a refund. Either way, buy from somewhere else as you probably won't get your stuff from these people

Updated after the company response:
I'm still waiting for the response to my email requesting tracking information. It seems like they only respond to bad (and truthful) press or the threat of losing money.
If they had sent it again with tracking, it would have been delivered by now and there would have been tracking information.
Their response here is just marketing bollocks
Second update: I never at any time attempted to contact them through paypal so I can't understand why they would claim to have responded through paypal. Also, they didn't. There is not a single message from them there.
I'd be happy to delete or edit this review if they can provide to me, by any means, the tracking information that proves that they sent it out. Until they do, it is very safe to assume that they never sent anything at all.

Hello, it's been almost 1 month since my order, way more then agreed, I will go away from this adress on vacation for 1 month and wouldn't want my package to be lost or "explored", I wrote like 5 emails to the admin support contact and always got ignored, either make it arrive or return currency my friends, once it arrives I'll delete/ edit this review, my order number is: 60698
