Personal service which is a joy and hard to find these days. Intelligent, friendly, helpful, interested and pro-active team of people. Buying or selling, a bespoke personalised real estate company that don't treat you like data, but as a person. They know the area they work in intimately. Very much part of the community. Detailed and efficient. Highly recommended!

Jen & Louise have hands down been the best Estate agents we've ever had the pleasure of knowing and dealing with. They made the process of finding a new home in Shepherds Bush so straightforward and easy for us and were always very communicative, efficient and helpful throughout our tenancy, not to mention always a joy to speak with!

Jen and Louise were incredibly helpful in steering me through the process of successfully applying for a rental property that's a great fit for me. I had viewed many properties and met many agents and the experience with Philip Wooller was by far the best. Highly recommended!

They are a really lovely bunch at Philip Wooler, professional, honest and refreshingly straightforward. I would definitely recommend them, far far better and nicer than the larger corporate estate agents.

After 2 other larger agents who let me down, I found Philip Wooller who is an expert in the local area. He was the most realistic on valuation. Fees were much more reasonable too. Phil, Robyn, Jen, Bobby and the team were fantastic - securing viewings, providing feedback, negotiating with the purchaser, altogether brilliant!

Quick update on my attempt to get my nephews deposit back . He died in May.
Phillip Wooller was the letting agent . No inventory taken. Deposit given to the landlady against all the Tenancy Deposit rules. Landlady lost no rent because a new tenant went in immediately. Landlady has made £3000 profit because my nephew died. Morally wrong and legally wrong .Do not trust this Estate Agent

Fairly amateurish. Wouldn’t reply after asking him to market our property and he visited. I got the feeling he couldn’t be bothered. Which was just as well as we sold through a more professional agent.

Philip, Jen and the team helped me out with Letting my property. Have gone back repeated times because there are no surprises or add on fees. All nice and straightforward. Hassle free!

Horrible experience.
Made the big mistake to try sell a house with them, wasted time and money.
Non-existent and amateur service, poor management of sell process, zero checks on the buyer, etc, etc....avoid them at all costs!
Any other estate agent in the area (finley brewer, douglas &Gordon) can deliver a better
