We have moved houses several times over the years and we must say Philip Bannister is the best. They are friendly knowledgeable and carry you all the way through the stressful negotiations connected to moving. The Elloughton branch which we used go far beyond what they should and bend backwards to help not like some estate agents which couldn’t be bothered once they have your sale.

We would recommend Philip Bannisters estate agents to anyone and we would use them again if ever the occasion arose.

We have dealt with most of the staff at Bannisters, hessle, They are all lovely, approachable and most importantly look after you regardless of whats happening. My family have had a bad 18months but through it all Sue, Charlotte, Alex and Jennie were fantastic. They kept in touch from start to finish, i knew exactly what was happening and sold my parents quite quickly. My house is now on the market and im buying another all through these guys. Trust them completely to look after what i need to happen.
