Great customer service

I have 2 mailing addresses and switch my deliveries often. The customer service team is always on top of my requests. They respond quickly and my prescriptions are delivered promptly to the correct location.

RX Delivery Method

I received my latest prescription via UPS not the US Postal service. The area in which I live has a postal service that is having issues. My very first RX was delivered by them. It was not the best experience.

When I phoned Philrx about it I was told it was the only delivery method which appears not to be the case.

I would ask that my future RX's be assigned to a pharmacy that uses UPS because they place my package on my doorstep.
