I had two different experiences
I had two different experiences: the first one was very bad, and the second one was very good. I paid for a course with a Master who wasn't professional; she cancelled the course and hasn't refunded my money since December 14th until today, February 9th. The customer service doesn't respond effectively to my emails. In contrast, the second experience was wonderful with a highly professional Master, providing 5-star service. However, due to my bad experience, I reduce my rating by 2 stars.
