Nice sandals, awful support
I think the sandals were really nice, but not for me! So I tried to return them. There were no returns at the moment from NL, so I had to wait 10 days. When I finally managed to return it, I had to pay 34 euros (!!!) for the shipping label. This is INSANE for the EU. And It all two weeks of emails back and forth until they finally got the label to me. I'm still waiting for the refund. The customer support agents were nice, never rude, but the service in itself its inefficient, not to say extremely expensive

Love the boots
Love the boots. The leather quality is very nice. The rubber sole on the other hand I wasn't satisfied with for the most part. After one use the soles at the front and back end already have minimal damage.

Favourite shoes ever!!!
I ordered one pair and l had to order another one in different color immediatley because they are so awesome. Very beautiful and unique shoes. I am in love with. Leather is amazing-so soft, the workmanship is excellent. Price is absolutely fair.
Customer Service is as awesome as their shoes.
Delivery is very fast.
