I had an incredibly positive experience working with this private investigator. I needed help locating a very hard-to-find client, and after hitting dead ends on my own, I decided to bring in a professional. From the start, they were responsive, discreet, and clearly very knowledgeable about the process.
Within a surprisingly short amount of time, they were able to track down accurate information that I had been struggling to find for over a year. Their communication was excellent and everything was handled professionally and ethically.
If you need help locating someone or doing serious background research, I highly recommend their services. It saved me a huge amount of time and stress, and the results were exactly what I needed.

Bad experience, not worth my expense, I later spent $1300 at ( 247 easytracking ) after spending almost $7000! at Phenix without getting nothing. Phenix couldn’t even refund me

Phoenix investigations hired my firm to conduct surveillance in the Ohio area. The investigation was conducted surveillance photos and videos were provided and I paid out of pocket over $1,300 only to be stiffed on the bill. If you are a private investigator do not do business with this organization. I offered to Discount the invoice in order to resolve the matter. I've been in this business for over 40 years between law enforcement and Investigations and have never been stiffed by a private investigator. I am very dissapointed.

I found it NOT trustworthy..random price charge and after agreeing on the price it tried to bill me for more and even tried to find a way to make me agree with it. No more business with this company.

I was told with price on email and received invoice later on with much higher cost without any explanation. I found it fishy.

Per Florida Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Services Phenix Investigations was fined 1500 after first receiving a letter from the State to stop advertising and working in Florida without a valid A license.

They will always work hard for you to get the desired results you need.

They advertise in Florida but have no License in FLorida! They are not collecting or paying Florida sales tax which is against the law. Beware!
In Florida you must have your Florida Agency number on any advertising. This is state law. And all Investigations require a license! Business is misleading the public! Just fined $1500 from Florida Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Services on August 9, 2023 for advertising without a State Agency License, No "C" investigator license and no physical location in Florida.

The services I requested were completed quickly and thoroughly with a comprehensive report that included the information I was looking for and supporting documentation including photographs. Well done.

Katie is always able to help me find missing heirs for court proceedings. She works very quickly and gives a very detailed report, even when people are outside of the state or country.
