PHC Service Reviews 

Sorted out my Dyson so it's as good as new. Great service. Jon drove to the house, cleaned the Dyson and replaced a hose. It took me ages to find a company that did this, and now I've found PHC I'll stay with them. I don't see why I'd every buy a new vacuum cleaner again.

Service plan serves well to keep the vacuum cleaner performing well with parts replaced as needed and the machine cleaned thoroughly.

Scam company avoid

We have a Dyson that is been fully functional for 4 years. I booked in a service as I wanted it cleaned. During the appointment we were upsold parts (despite the hoover in fully functioning order). I didn’t purchase these and following the service our hoover is coincidentally no longer functional, quite a coincidence when its worked fully for 4 years. When I called to complain they said we would be charged an additional fee to come and fix our hoover (that the company had broken). A complete scam I’m afraid, if you have a functioning hoover I would absolutely not let this company near it. Now I’m down the fee for the “service” and left having to purchase a new hoover.

John was great. On time and fixed the vacuum cleaner which is working so much better now than before. He was very friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and respectful. I would highly recommend

Knowlagable and friendly

The engineer Tyler was lovely very helpful very knowledgeable a credit to the firm. First class service from when I first called them to finished job, so glad my Miele and Dyson vacumms all working again. Cannot recommend this company enough if i could give more than 5 stars i would

Arrived 15 mins early and started work immediately he did a great job on bringing the two Dyson’s back into full service.
A very nice guy easy to talk to and was very tidy and cleaned up when he had finished.
Found this company in Goggle and I must say they were a great find so much so I have taken a maintenance contract with them.

Mark was friendly and efficient. He worked systematically and cleared up when he finished.

Good honest service

Jack was excellent, friendly and clearly good at his job. I will happily recommend him to our friends. He was able to home the day after I rang so not having to wait was really good

My parents used this company annually for years and in 2025 the engineer that came gave a great service on the Dyson that lasted between 40 minutes to an hour. Fast forward to 2026, a different engineer came and the service lasted between 15 and 18 minutes in his van, he then asks you to go to the van to make payment and shoves you a pad to sign that your happy with the service, naturally no one tests a hoover in their front garden. Less than 2 weeks later on it's first use following a holiday a bit fell off the back, it won't stand up properly and dust is coming out of the bottom.

Ross is an excellent engineer, kind and courteous and explained everything he was doing. Our vacuum cleaner needed a repair and Ross said he would keep me informed of its progress.

Polite engineer, explained everything to me well. He arrived promptly. I'm pleased with the results

Engineer explained what he was doing and seemed experienced of the Dyson hoover problems. Provided good advice.
