Excellent company selling high quality, reliable products
PHC is an excellent company, from sales support (excellent sales representative), order processing and delivery within agreed timescales. They partner with Benchmark Services for deliveries and installation of large items, who also deserve mention for outstanding service and customer support. We have multiple, large items of PHC equipment in our laboratory and it's all very high quality and performs flawlessly. I try to purchase PHC items whenever old equipment fails as it gives peace of mind.

The sales team was fantastic
The sales team was fantastic, however we are disappointed with the delivery team.
The incubator was assembled and left in the car park, they did not deliver it to the requested room.

Good delivery, good advice.
The delivery people, yet again, managed to somehow negotiate our difficult parking situation and didn't whinge about how far they had to wheel our two new incubators. Just got on with it, and got the job done. Delivery of bits of large equipment that doesn't go wrong is almost as important as the bit of kit itself. Oh and good advice from the Rep, Arun, about what we needed to buy.
