Amazing bike and nice design, I’ve had it for a year now and no issues whatsoever, it works perfectly and confortable, even with 2 people. Definitely recommend!

This bike is simply amazing !

I bought a fatphout FLX-S at Les hauts vélos in paris.

Pure pleasure riding the biking around the streets of paris. Impeccable customer support. Stylish, fast, convient : Highly recommend for all of those still hesitating to get a bike !!!

We had the bike for 1,5 years and suddenly there was an electrical problem. It is hard to find local dealers so I was glad to make an appointment in Amstelveen where I could wait for the repair. The service was great, quick and committed and they also checked things that were not obvious. They walk the extra mile for good service!!!

Have this bike since 2 years, and it’s been a blast, my best buddy for every type of weathers, and it’s change a lot in Paris ! Never experimented any issue, great design and comfort. Also the SAV is very responsive for any type of questions.

Horrible experience, unreliable for everything as a company, just avoid at all cost. Purchased the bike, then after it was ready for a pick up, the insurance company declined the possibility to insure it from 5th of April, even though the order was placed weeks before. Phatfour first said to deal with the insurance company directly and after no luck and insisting it is their relationship with the insurance company not mine, they came back with 'sorry not possible'. I cannot return the bike as it was paid from insurance of my previous bike, the dealer has spent time and work on preparing it, I ended up paying for the bike and tracker that I cannot even use for any insurance, since other options have insanely expensive premiums. The whole point of going for Phatfour was the possibility to insure it - so greatly advertised. Now all I can do is pray no one steals the bike.

I'd like to share my experience with the Phatfour FLX electric bike, hoping it can help others make informed decisions.

The Good:

Stylish Design: The bike's sleek design and aesthetic appeal are undeniable.
Decent Range: The battery provides a reasonably good range for daily commuting, which is a plus.
The Concerns:
My journey with the Phatfour FLX has been less than smooth due to several recurring issues:

Reliability Problems: Unfortunately, reliability has been a significant challenge. I've had persistent problems, including noisy front disc brakes, a clacking sound from the rear wheel while pedaling (especially noticeable with two riders), and more recently, an error code "0030" after receiving a new battery. These issues have impacted my confidence in the bike's performance and safety.
Customer Support: While the manufacturer's support team has been responsive, finding lasting solutions to these problems has proven difficult. Timely and effective resolutions have been lacking.
Inconvenience: The reliability issues have caused numerous inconveniences, particularly as my daily commuting mode. When the bike is unreliable, it disrupts my daily routine and raises concerns about its safety and longevity.
In summary, the Phatfour FLX has the potential to be a fantastic electric bike, but the recurring reliability issues have been a significant disappointment. I hope the manufacturer takes these concerns seriously and works towards providing more dependable products and better customer support. Until then, my experience has been marred by consistent frustrations and concerns about the bike's performance.

Nice bike, strong and sturdy, good costumer service. One feedback. Open a service centre where we can wash or clean the bikes. In winter and autumn its raining alot. Bike gets dirty.

I use in the city and I can take someone with me on it. It's handy and we really enjoy it

Bought my Phatfour in March '22 after being told by the guys in the shop that it's 'better quality than Knaap & Super73'. I suppose 'quality' is subjective and... so far I'm unimpressed.

I've had weird sounds whilst riding, quality issues and electrical faults, so I reached out to Phatfour support to discuss and see what my options are. Basically they brushed me off and told me I need to go back to who I bought it from! Great start.

I followed up with some more information and new developments (involving the shop I purchased the bike from) and said that I'm simply wanting to bring the bike in to them (Phatfour) or a listed partner (as they bike shop I bought it from isn't and I didn't know that until after the purchase) for a 'check-up' and to get their opinion to ascertain how to proceed... they just blanked me!

To be clear, this is a review of Phatfour's service / support primarily. That said; I am quite shocked at how little intest they show in my situation esp when one of my concerns relates to how my chld could have been seriously injured thanks to the shop in question leaving out a key component for mounting the child seat after THEY took it off to replace some faulty electonics!

Anyway, my time is also valuable so I will leave it here for the time being.
