Private service with no professionalism or care
Appalling communication, complete lack of professionalism and shockingly rude staff. The person I spoke with was dismissive, condescending and had no basic customer service skills whatsoever.
I received a payment request for my prescription and paid within three hours. After that, nothing - no confirmation, no updat and no response to my follow-up email asking for an update. Three days later, I had to chase them myself to find out where my prescription was since I had 1 tablet left.
When I finally managed to reach someone by phone (after calling 3 times) she cut me off mid-sentence and put me on hold for five minutes without so much as an apology. When she returned, she casually said she had “found” my prescription - which is completely unacceptable for a controlled drug?? This should have been handled with urgency, accuracy and care, yet none of those were shown.
For a private service, this experience was beyond disappointing, it was negligent. I had to take time out of my busy working day to chase something that should have been managed properly from the start. Avoid this company.

Sloppy Service
SIXTH month in a row of Pharmazon getting my address wrong despite the doctor sending the correct address on the prescription.
I received a very apologetic phone call after my previous review complaining about this, and nothing has actually changed. It was even confirmed that it's just lazy copy-pasting from the previous error, and yet it continues.
At least the correct medication arrives, eventually – after replying with my correct address, waiting for confirmation of receipt, hearing nothing for days, and chasing (sometimes twice).
I wouldn't trust Pharmazon for anything requiring urgent/immediate delivery though. The risk of delays is too high.

Issue with the prescription that they waited 2 days to notify my Dr about. I then chased to confirm everything was up to date and they said they would send that day for a next day delivery and they didn't.
This is life saving medication we're talking about here...

Amazing customer care
