I ordered a tube of titankraft on July 31 2025, here it is August 18th and still have not received the product, nor my money back, I called the number on the add and it says it's no longer in use, so I guess I just got ripped off, I'll learn one day, maybe !!

I would give no stars if I could. I ordered my partners pain relief medication which I have done several times this year with more than 10 order’s between us both I used his account. I have ordered medication worth £175+ and they are apparently still dispensing it since Friday last week m. I used to receive the medication for him and myself the next working day as that’s what I pay for, I’ve emailed them with no replyin four days now I just spoke to a woman on their phone line who refused to talk to me about the order because we had ordered the medication on his profile. When I tried to pass my partner the phone she put the phone down on me and now all of my calls are being blocked and cancelled within seconds of ringing. Where is the parcel and when will we receive it. Order number #8000047796

Please don't buy anything from them.It is a scam. I ordered gum plus gel (2) on 26 July after reading the reviews, till now did not receive the product. They sent promotion emails every alternate days but no update on order. When checked it still says on transit. When enquired about the product, got reply mail that the product is already delivered. The contact number given on the site is not genuine and they are not ready to give the refund saying it was part of promotion - whereas while ordering it is mentioned that they will refund if the customer is not satisfied. Please don't trust them unless u want to lose money. While ordering they even ask us to allow making reviews on our behalf if we don't give reviews in 2-3 weeks time. I think all the reviews are fake and please don't fall in their trap.

They haven't sent my order you WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY DON'T BOTHER THEY ARE EU MEDS TO YOUR JUST MAKING SCUMBAGS WEALTH. Don't trust the thugs.

I placed an order 7/24/25 - have heard absolutely NOTHING since. Most companies at least keep you apprised of the statis of your order - not here. Good luck ordering anything from this company.

Placed order on 26th July and so far received nothing. Just messages every day saying goods are in transit!

I purchased some gel for bad gums i never recieved a confirmation email or a actual invoice. A hour after purchase I had a phising attempt saying my order is reserved need to complete order so I done some research trust pilot and scam advisor is saying this company not to be trusted. I contacted my credit card issuer and raised a dispute so I can claim my money back. There's a section when ordering saying they will do automatic reviews if you dont tick the box so it gives them rights to leave good reviews luring people in, i expect all reviews are fake and the reviews are mostly bad this company not to be trusted it is based in hong Kong and the name on transaction is not a buisness account its a personal account please avoid this buisness if you paid by credit card raise a dispute and report it as a scam company to your card issuer immediately!

Communication from company was as you would expect.

I've since reported the company to trading standards among other people related to consumer rights.

£130 out of pocket and to sobrobe like me, that's a lot if money to loose.

They refusing give me a refund,I reported them gov.com and willing to take them to court l,been waiting over 2 weeks for a response the staff very rude, this pharmacy needs closing down immediately

I waited 2 weeks for order to arrive. Finally is here and I started to use right away, until today and using for some time now there is no result none so ever. There is nothing true about this product OceAura Varicose cream, is a puur lie and scam. I nicely explain and ask to return and get my money back but unfortunately neither one they will do. Just advice to use continually! For how long ? Buying more creams ? Very very bad customer service as I will never again order from this shop! Never.
