I placed 2 orders the same day and I requested one day after to send me products with expiry date not before 2028. First order arrived one week ago with expiry date 5, 2027.
My second order still not delivered, amount around 180 euros. I send few days ago an email to make sure to dispatsh this ordeelr this Monday, today, in order to receive it this week before Friday, March 14, because I will leave this adress and go back to my country. I asked if Pharma Nord Spain to cancel ny irder in case are not capable to dispatch my order today, Monday, They did not replyed and they did not confirm if the disoatshed my order or not.

This company has the very best customer service, i was dealt with a man called Kiko.
The problem was i did not receive my order after a Week.I contacted Kiko he arranged for another order to be despatched to me ,free of charge for the following day. In the meantime the original order arrived . I informed the company Pharma Nord of this and asked should i refuse the second order and have it returned to them. They said not to worry and that they were free for the trouble i encountered.
This company and Kiko acted quite brilliantly and i cannot recommend them highly enough.
