Failed by customer contacts

Changing your billing address also changes your shipping address. Realizing this after placing my order and seeing it would be going to an old address, I immediately headed to the site's contact form page to give the proper address. My order didn't process or ship for a week after that, in which time I called and texted the numbers listed on the contact page as well, but never got a response. A week later I got an automated email saying my order was shipping, so as a last ditch effort I replied to that, which finally got a response later on. Sadly, after weeks of being passed around through several agents, explaining the situation, and getting a lot of copy-paste replies that didn't seem to indicate what I wrote was being comprehensively read, they stopped responding entirely.
I would be far more understanding of the situation had my order shipped out the next day, but an entire week to process and ship with no reply to my messages trying to correct the error? Felt extremely discouraging to watch the days go by. Even more discouraging that no one seemed to think their lack of response for a week to multiple forms of contact was an issue worth addressing.
I guess, if you order, hope nothing goes wrong with it.

From Good to Bad, to Dangerous

I've filled Rx's here for 18 years and loved them at first. The past five to seven years it's gone from bad to dangerous. We've received the wrong meds once, the wrong dosage once, and plenty of lost scripts. The turnover is like a revolving door. Good luck contacting anyone for customer service, also. Back to Walgreens for us, unfortunately - but that should tell you what we think of Pharmaca.

Scam company Run quick

I don't know how this company stays in business or even where they are "really" located. I placed an order, though I put my card information in incorrectly, so reinput and ordered again. Turns out their processing server was not accepting, because it was pre authorized out of my account. Order was never placed, I phoned twice, left two messages. Not a one was returned, Texted once and well, you can tell by the rating how that turned out. So, third strike, you got it emailed. Nothing in response. Run Run Run

I've ordered from Pharmaca a few times…

I've ordered from Pharmaca a few times now and received my product fast and have experienced great service. In reading some of the negative reviews, it seems Pharmaca can do a better job making sure images are correct. Unfortunately, this is often up to the manufacturer, not the platform (e.g., Pharmaca). I know, I've been in the business for 15 years (not with Pharmaca). The manufacturers mistakes result in the platform looking bad and dealing with pissed off customers.

Terrible Customer Service!
They Do Not Care About Their Customers
I have ordered from them 4 times .. only one of those orders was handled correctly .. and even it took 2 weeks to get here.

they have great products .. all of which you can get some place else .. without having to worry about getting screwed out of your your order by the company ..

Bad ordering experience, not resolved.

I attempted several times to place an order for a product but received an error stating that my credit card information was not valid. I received a call from my bank informing that they suspected fraud as this transaction had actually taken place the first time and in addition each subsequent time I attempted to make the purchase. I now have not only been charged several times but am charged fees associated with the excessive charges as I keep minimal money in this account and use it for very small purchases. I called Pharmaca at the customer service number provided in their website, then emailed 3 times and received not 1 response. All I heard via telephone was a recording that takes you in the same circles each option. They just out right ignore any email messages. I would not recommend anyone do business with these people. Where do these things happen and just who response to nonsense as they do? If you have money to throw away, this is your stop. At this point, I will have to have my bank reverse the charges and fight with them to have the fees removed. I am shaking my head as I type.

Despite the negative reviews

Despite all the negative reviews, I went for it. And I wasn’t disappointed! I received all of the items I had ordered at a killer price!
My one and only complaint would be that I never received a confirmation of shipment or any sort of updates on the order. After a few days I tried signing into my account on their website and could only find the word “complete” on the order I placed. Just added a little to the anticipation.
So long as they keep their prices I’ll definitely be ordering from them again!

They lie

They sell good stuff at a decent price but then they contact you again to fill out a survey, offering a $25 cash prize", but after you fill it out it's not cash. It's a $25 magazine subscription. Liars

I wish give below horrible Rate FRAUD Pharmaca I ordered product online for first time and I waiting I for long time I never ever received my order after so many times called one time Brbara answered she was rude told me they are not responsible for product comes to customer I asked for her manager she put me on hold for long time then hanged up after that every time I call always is record NO one called me regarding resend or refund I emailed many many times not even one time reply back to my emails I tried chat never connected this horrible company must be removed from online order it is so frustrated Pharmaca not sending my order( as I see other customer have this issues too ) I hope I knew before my first time order . It is so frustrating no customer care after all waiting time not resend not refund ,, it is FRAUD company I will contact BBB do legal actions against this so called company Barbara with her nasty answers lies and put me on hold forever and from that time till now always answering service he knew my phone number and not want to answer or not want me to speak with her manager for refund or resend I left the massage for her manager through Barbara NO one ever called me back and my emails NO one ever reply back and chat I never get connect it IS THE MOST HORRIBLE Pharmaca service beyond explanation still I am waiting for my REFUND to my credit card . DO NOT BUY anything ever from them you will be frustrated soon or later look how many people are frustrated and negative RATE which must be much much more on different site too I wish Barbara be removed from any businesses forever and BBB must deal with FRAUD Pharmaca liars manipulating Barbara and Pharmaca tempting lower online price /cheating customer on their low prices are their tools to tempt /cheat customer and then later not send order like mine never send it .Pharmaca and it's employees like Barbara or else like her supporters of this collapse Pharmaca,,,most be removed forever,,,,

Horrible store and customer service..

Horrible store and customer service... I bought the NuFACE Mini Facial Toning Device for $145. My card was charged and after that Order was canceled with the explanation that my Visa card could not be charged.
For almost a month I am trying to get my money back. Nobody answers the phone. Nobody calls me back. And look like it is totally fine for them to still money and ignore there costumer. I not planning to do the presents and defiantly will get my money back. But really want everybody to be careful and not do any shopping with these guys

False advertisement of a product - bait and switch tactic

I ordered a product from their website 'Doctor's Best Collagen 1 and 3'. This product has a number of variations and the one I wanted contained Peptan. I shopped a number of websites for this product and saw that Pharmaca had the best price, but when it arrived, it was not the same product they show in the image (they even used the same image when they sent me my order confirmation). When I contacted them about sending me the right product, they informed me that they don't even carry the one with Peptan. Their use of an image of a product they don't even carry is false advertising. I will never order from this company again. Not trustworthy.

Great Experience despite initial fears...

Was worried after reading previous reviews about their ability to deliver on a product I got an amazing deal on. Was it too good to be true? Great news, it's real-deal.

I received my order exaclty as placed, in mint condition (and the correct product). Delivery was promt.
I would happily order from them again. Good experience.

Never again -

Not happy. I ordered enteric coated pills with the photograph listed of the item I wanted.
They sent something else and when I wrote, they tried to justify themselves by saying they hadn't yet updated their website. How is that my fault ?? I requested a refund, I doubt I will get one. BOO !!!!!!

Putting this on dispute with my CC - I have no intention of blowing $ 65 because they do not know what they are doing.

Awful experience

Awful experience. I ordered several products which were on sale and used a coupon code that was emailed to me. I waited for about a month, but only half the order had arrived. Then my order was simply cancelled. I called in twice, but both service representatives (one called Barbara) only started arguing with me. It was very uncomfortable and uncalled for. I would ot order here again.

Fraud

I placed my order online at Pharmaca.com in November and never ever have received my package. I called customer service several times, Pharmaca didn’t accept to refund/resend my order. Customer service representative is extremely rude, and hung up on me.

I wish I can give them ZERO star

I wish I can give them ZERO star. I ordered products online and wrong products came in. Simply, they could just give me the instruction how to fix the issue in order to get the right product!!

How Ashley at customer center replied to my email was terrible!!
She didn't even sound like she read my email. And I feel she kept giving me incorrect answer or even lie. She just tried to excuse the company and didn't direct me how to fix the issue until I actually asked her how to get refund.

(she said they have a technical issue so the picture of the product was shown correctly but not the title. HOWEVER, I received the email right after I ordered and that invoice shows the correct picture AND title of the item! so obviously she lied to me! trying to blame me ordering the wrong item by reading the wrong title!)

Anyway, now I want to get the correct items instead of getting refund because I need the products. I sent her email last night and even left a message to general customer center this morning and I am STILL waiting for their response how to get the correct items.

I called them again but now they're already gone for the day!
How great!

I need to spend extra time tomorrow or friday to fix this issue which I hate to do.

I love to shop at Pharmaca online. But store service is terrible cross the board. I experienced attitude both from stores at Los gators and Menlo Park. Especially while return items.
Last week, I step into Menlo Park store, Hanna at the cashier even asked: why you always buy online and return here?! What’s going on?!? Then gave me all kind of attitude and hard time.
I believe some one like Hanna at Menlo Park store surely needs more training.

I ordered my homeopathic allergy and …

I ordered my homeopathic allergy and sinus meds from them. Saved money from WholeFood prices. Got the package as promised, the bottles were well packed no leaks no spills--they send coupons. I'd recommend them and use them again.
