Ordered Three times first two times came superfast within a week, third order had to contact customer service as fed ex had not delivered when they advised they would. Scam company, will take your money and send nothing out. Pathetic excuse of a company. No customer service skills and constant lies.
A responsive quality company. This is the first time I have used this company, the products were supplied undamaged and with tracking delivery. I have no complaints about a company that sells quality products at a competitive price. The only improvement I would suggest is to make their website easier to find all products for sale.
PHAIRS SHOULD BE AVOIDED AT ALL TIMES. They have lied to us several times and they have provided misleading responses to truthful reviews in Trustpilot. Don’t buy from them!
Phairs did not deliver the pots after 4 weeks effectively breaking the Consumer Rights Act 2015. The pots never left Evri's warehouse, as shown on their own tracking page. The money was only refunded after multiple emails and reporting to Citizens Advice.
Note it is not possible to contact them via phone, even though they provide a landline. It has been set up so only emails are accepted.
If you want to avoid any issues, DONT BUY FROM THEM!
Appalling experience. I ordered an item but they delivered something different. I emailed them straight away to ask for a returns label but they repeatedly denied the fact that it was an incorrect item. I sent them a photo of it and they tried to tell me that I’d ordered that item, even sending me a link to a webpage that wasn’t the one I’d ordered from. They did everything they possibly could to direct away from the truth that they’d sent the wrong item. It wasn’t until I found the original webpage that they capitulated and blamed their computer.
And then the fiasco of trying to get a refund began. I returned the item, heard nothing. Chased them up a week later and was told they’d just processed it and would be receiving my refund. Nothing. Chased it again and was told I’d been refunded. Nothing. I chased them again a fortnight later and eventually got an email saying I’d received a refund. Nothing. Yet more emails and four days later I eventually got a reply with the information I’d been asking for, and a refund. Fifteen emails, one month and a huge amount of persistence it took to get a refund. I wouldn’t touch this company with a barge pole.
Ordered 2 plant pots one arrived broken and not fit for purpose. I have advised them on WhatsApp and email and after many conversations and promised pick ups nothing has happened. They just keep stalling for time and sending me random pictures of people's front doors saying is this your house. I just want a refund. I would never use this company again. Beware to suffer if anything goes wrong.

Bought a rose and shrub compost. Come to use it today and after open a bag, found it absolutely disgusting. Pure mould. Not just cant use it, but cant even dispose of it as there is 5 bags! And policy is there I have to organise return and cost will be taken off me? What a rip off!
Tried to cancel my order straight after but they did nothing to cancel it even though they acknowledged my email straight after my order. Really bad service and in house communication. I would not buy from here or recommend sorry.

Took a week to despatch my order but strung me along with vague promises all week. Based in Northern Ireland and very slow to despatch. Don't expect quick delivery. Wish I'd ordered elsewhere at a slightly higher price.

Good items at good price delivered in the time stated. Was wary after reading negative reviews but all good.
To start with the positive, Phairs offers very competitive pricing. My warning is that it comes at the expense of help if something goes wrong. I ordered an Elho terrace trough on wheels. It was delivered broken. They offered a very small discount to accept the broken item which I didn’t want to do as it no longer held water. I tried to arrange to send it back but the only option they offered is a weekday only no time specified collection which meant I had to take a day off work. They wouldn’t refund the broken item without collecting it even with photographic evidence. Similarly there was no flexibility about a weekend collection, a time specific collection or allowing me to take it to a DPD drop off point. I also offered to leave it in a safe place in my garden. In the end I accepted a small refund and kept the plantar which I haven’t been able to repair. So it ended up costing me £37 for a useless item. In contrast, when I contact Elho to ask if they sold spare parts for the broken base they offered to send me a free plantar! It wasn’t remotely their problem or responsibility but they just give amazing customer service. My advice is to buy from them direct and avoid cheap online companies. I’m sure Phairs are fine if nothing goes wrong but, if it does, then you’ll be left to your own devices and will cost you more in the long run.
