Excellent Service
Very prompt dispatch. I've ordered several times and always been completely satisfied with the product and customer service. The cost is my only concern, but I understand that it's very much a niche product and cannot take advantage of economy of scale. Hopefully that will change as phages become more officialy recognised (which they should).
