How long does it take before you acknowledge that you have all relevant information and you’re now acting upon it?
What is the point of running adverts on TV if you’re not going to keep the consumers you’re targeting up to date with relevant info?
Have no clue on how my diesel claim is going?
If you’re not going to deal with it in a proper, professional and appropriate manner then at least let me know so I can request cancellation with yourselves and use someone else?
I will be happy to review my comments etc., only once I receive a full update and responses to my emails.
Of course this can only change on completion of my claim experience!
Actions speak louder than words!
TODAY 17 JUNE 2023 (almost 1 YEAR ON) STILL NOTHING after supplying proof of vehicle and ownership, SHOCKING!
Now 22 OCTOBER 2023 and still NOTHING, why keep advertising on T.V. MY DIESEL CLAIM when you do not resolve anything, nor provide updates? 😡😡😡

I honestly do not understand the negative reviews for these guys. They are truly amazing!
From the start of my VW claim to the finish I was kept updated about the process and informed of every technicality of it. Once the claim was settled then I was contacted by Shield pay and paid the right amount of money in less then 6 working days. If anyone had a bad experience with PGMBM then I'm pretty sure it wasn't PGMBM's fault.
Thanks PGMBM for fighting against VW on my behalf!

I have had emails I can not read now had one asking for bank verification but seeing this feedback not likely to do that so just send me a cheque and as you do not reply to any emails certainly not giving any bank details

Email recieved stating my claim had been settled and the information would be with me within 14 days, it’s now over 14 days and still nothing. Why make promises that you can’t keep and don’t update people when miss deadlines. All reviews are poor looks like it going to be a long stressful road ahead to get money owed to me

I joined the vw emissions claim. The case has now settled but when I asked when I’m going to get my settlement I get told I’m not part of the claim and my claim has not yet been settled
I would use one of the other companies such as Leigh day or slater and Gordon. It seems they’ve paid out these claims without issue

Started a My Diesel claim in 2021 it ended today
Started a My Diesel claim some time ago, sent all the requested documents, they emailed today saying my claim is terminated as my car, being a 2007 model came under Euro 4 emission rules which I guess it met back then, before Euro 5 and 6 rules came in much later. Perhaps being such a fundamental fact that Euro 4 was from 2006 to 2009. They stated claims accepted from cars from 2007 to 2020, waste of my time and their own.
can't believe such a big company can't contact people what is asked for.
Update even when I email you as surrgesteed you don't reply..............Stange how every time I ring there UK number to speak to a UK employee in the UK office I get a Brazilian office saying that I can only speak to the person I agreed to be with on the Merc deisel claim that I have left a message for them to contact him, so left numerous messages for the individual to call, still waiting. I get emails asking for so much personal info it makes me wonder why they need certain info, I think because of this I am going with another company one I can contact when I ring.

Since last year I have put in a claim…
Since last year I have put in a claim for two of my cars, with PGMBM, claiming for Emissions. Now, after talking with their Customer Services that my claim could take up to Seven years to complete. I was shocked, as it doesn't say it would take that long on their Website.
I doubt, I will see any of the money.
