Most damaging experience our business has ever endured
Working with PFS has been the single most damaging experience our business has ever endured. Their conduct was unprofessional, negligent, and deliberately harmful. They sabotaged our operations by sending our inventory to the next 3PL packed in black garbage bags — an appalling and disrespectful way to handle stock. Much of our stock was damaged and they exhibited a total disregard for our business. Our new 3PL was so disgusted they contacted Roger Kidd to express their disgust. They cancelled orders after claiming they were sent & deliberately caused disruption to our business once we decided to leave them. Their charges were exorbitant, far exceeding what was agreed, and they overcharged for pallets and labour without any justification or transparency. When questioned, they refused to provide inventory reports and even locked us out of their system, preventing us from confirming basic stock data. Orders were mishandled, labels cancelled, and shipments duplicated — all while they refused to release our stock until we paid their false invoices. The service PFS provided was not only sub-par — it was actively destructive. Their actions caused significant financial loss, business disruption, and reputational damage. I would strongly caution any business considering PFS. Their lack of professionalism, integrity, and accountability makes them wholly unfit to be entrusted with anyone’s inventory or reputation.
