Starting the process was something I never imagined I’d have to do. It came at a time when I felt completely overwhelmed, anxious, and unsure of what the future held. I literally can not fault paul or praise him enough, from a message over a year ago to being to scared to go through with it, to a year later a another quick message im all sorted money worry free. He helped me through everything to filling out forms arranging everything. He made sure I understood everything and put into my terms and not all the scary terms they put things in. Superb service, nothing was to much trouble, always able to call or text whenever we had a question and would always check in, from start to finish was a breathe of fresh air, cant recommend enough
