I searched for plant seeds on browsers

I searched for plant seeds on browsers, this website popped up. After I placed the order, their webpage showed my order, but they didn’t send me a confirmation email. Instead, it was another website, shopkawaiimi.com, that sent me an order confirmation.

The delivery condition on Pflanzenmetzger.de is 7-10 days; but the delivery condition on shopkawaiimi.com is about 1 month or more.

I tried to contact customer service on both Pflanzenmetzger.de & shopkawaiimi.com, both emails were bounced back. It is not possible to reach them, not to mention about cancelling the order.

I turned to credit card company to block the payment.
