Dash camera fake resolution upscaling and faulty, lack of any support.

Bought a dash camera from you, it turns on with ignition but keeps turning off after starting the engine. Manually re-plugging it in makes it turn on and remain on.

The box said to email for a software update if there are power-on/power-off issues, I did.

Have not heard anything from you.

Did some further testing with the camera and some test recordings in different quality settings (720p, 1080p, 2K) to find out that the 2K and 1080p video is upscaled - resolution is correct, but the image provides no more detail than 720p.

Very disappointed with the dishonesty, faulty product and lack of support.
