We would like to clarify the situation regarding this review.
We contacted our customer (Gary Morehouse) and explained that, unfortunately, a technical issue at that time prevented us from seeing the customer’s emails, as well as the Trustpilot email notifications related to this review.
If we had seen the Trustpilot notification or the customer’s email, we would have responded immediately, as we always do. However, due to this issue, we were not aware of the customer’s messages or the review until a later time.
You can also notice that most of our other Trustpilot reviews are responded to quickly, which reflects our usual support standards. This confirms that the delay in this specific case was unintentional and not a reflection of how we normally handle customer support.
Once we became aware of the issue, we contacted the customer right away and issued a full refund upon request.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and hope this explanation clarifies that the delay was not intentional
