My first and last time ordering fish from Petzone and online! I received the wrong fish and no one has taken accountability for this error. Whoever prepared my order, needs serious training on product knowledge. Extremely disappointing.

All the five serbai corydoras were dead when delivered. Please do not let customers have the option with USPS no livestock option 1-3 days delivery. I was absent minded when I chose this option. Trying to save money. Don't even have that option for customers ordering livestock.

Wade, you continue making the same comments every time you select USPS and know we can't guarantee live arrival or good health as USPS takes 2-3 days to arrive to your door. You did FedEx with the last order and this time you use USPS again and....again this is the same predicament, why blame us?
Pet Zone uses Fed Ex. It is the way to go.
I’ve ordered glass catfish from 2 other mail-order aquariums. Both were smelly failures.
Pet Zone got the fish to me while they were still alive. There were no DOAs at all. Out of eleven fish. Pretty good!

Quick shipment, healthy fish!
Ordered some cave tetras from here. Paid twice as much in shipping than the actual fish costed (for overnight with the live delivery guarantee). I'm glad I did! Fish shipped asap and arrived asap. They were packaged well in a temp controlled container. All 8 have been in my tank for about a week now and seem incredibly healthy.

Allow for refunds for fish DOA. Shipping was quick, albeit not by fedex, and the company refuses to replace the fish, or offer any type of reimbursement.
