I have brought dog food from them on July 23rd and cancelled on 25th, they haven't refunded the amount yet and it's been two months I am chasing them, customer support is non existent, pls stay away.
Fraud website. took a payment for my pets order and i got no order email, no order confirmation not a single call or message from them. The money was debited when i placed the order and its been 12+ days and their support ghosted me denying any responsibility not responding to calls and emails.
For one occasion the answered my call they said its non-working day and directed me to call on working day. i called on working day multiple times and surprise surprise they ghosted me again.
Pretty shameful to scam money meant for hungry street cats.
