Thank you, Escalation Team

Who are these idiots 3 times this week they have tried to take money from my account 🤬pure conartist

In so far as I became member petsormore.com by entering my credentials into a fraudulent web page and, giving payment approval for an other product from another country member of EU as I was thinking it's their online shop site (but instead I'd "obtained" the membership here and my money became "credits" for special discounts), then in this case I was, after writing to the support team , very promptly assured by Edith - who solved my problem - that my requested refunding of my Petsormore.com invoice is approved.

The website is a scam that hacks in to your bank account and charges you with 14 days intervals.

We made a mistake during our (unwanted) registration in Petsormore. The Escalation Team (Emerald) helped us and promised us on December 20, 2025 to credit the amount in short time.
So we are waiting for the credited amount now.

I was very disappointed that I was charged and felt scammed as I was being charged for a subscription when believed I was buying a camera, thankfully this was resolved through communication with the team

I don’t remember buying anything or subscribing but I did report the problem and they responded within a couple hours
