Ordered wood pellets for my cat on 20th of January (order #12790P) and have yet to hear a word from Pet Solutions. i wrote an email - no one replied. I tried calling - number doesn’t exist. I tried whatsapping - number doesn’t exist. THIS IS A SCAM, SHAME ON YOU
Update - a day after posting this review I got the money back. No explanation from the company on what happened. Sad that one needs to resort to posting bad reviews before the company takes notice. Still would strongly advise not to order, communication with this company is virtually non existent.
