I placed my order 3 weeks ago. I still have not received it. You have taken the money from my account though!! Poor service. Will I ever receive my order. I am very disappointed.

I needed quick delivery for a pre-Christmas family visit and noted such. When one item wasn't immediately available for shipping, they contacted me and offered a good alternative that could ship in time. All items were great quality and exactly what we were looking for.

Had a possible product quality issue with part of my order, sent them an email which they seem to be ignoring.

Still waiting for my order to arrive. It’s been nearly four weeks. I’ve emailed the company twice and messaged them via Facebook but they have not replied. I’ve searched for a telephone number but nothing shows up.

Good quality. Efficient , caring and thoughtful firm.

1) too long to acknowledge order and no longer seem to have 'phone contact number
2) can not acces my account as the "re-captcha" does not even give me the option pics
3) ordered 2 large and 1 extra large yakiti yak chews , recieved 3 large.

Everything was perfect and I understand that stock shortages happen I was offered a refund for missing items but it was not realised yet. The purchase was on May 8th and I sent two emails via the website and a message on Instagram but I haven't received any information or answer regarding the refund. I would appreciate some further actions to be taken. ORDER #3112

Super fast shipping! All products purchased are absolutely incredible and have helped my dogs massively! (Specially my white frenchie! Would highly recommend the natural wrinkle cleanser balm for flat faced dogs) Will 100% be purchasing all the products again!

Our puppy loves everything we’ve bought from Pets of the Earth! They ran out of one of the products we’d ordered and immediately refunded the item and included a small freebie in aplogy. The veggie chew treats are a particular success!

Lovely 'different' products, from the usual Chinese plastic. Jelly chews everything to death and the coffee wood 'bone' is fantastic and will last a long time. Fred the cat, 17yrs, is very happy with his new bowls. I really need a big ball as Jelly has been perfecting her football skills.

Best clean my wee dog’s teeth have had yet, especially the back ones.

Great selection of products at good prices, and items arrived quickly after dispatch. Only criticism would be that the items took a week to be dispatched, which seems overly long.

I loved the items I got from pets of the earth for my puppy. He loves the olive the octopus toy and its well made and up for the job against a teething puppy. Would have been 5 star review if delivery had been a bit quicker.

Unfortunately Sid the squid was legless in less than 5 minutes and most of his stuffing removed in 20 minutes. Needless to say he is a shadow of his former self!
