Spent £60 on a cat bed on the 2nd January, still no delivery and I paid for faster shipping. I’ve emailed twice and no reply. I’ll go to the bank to get the money back

Scam company, do not use
Ordered with economy shipping. Site said turnaround 1-3 days, 8 business days later, not even fulfilled let alone dispatched. Numerous emails and chat and no reply. Checked Companies House and not listed. Complete scam, please avoid. I only ordered as they were with Shop App so thought it was safe! Reported to Fraud Action also to try and protect others.

I've been scammed too. £99 for an outdoor shelter for our cat who's very nervous of our new dog. People like this are scum. I even used the Shop app, so thought it was legit.

Yep same happened to me
Yep same happened to me. Complete scam I ordered mine on 5th Jan and did check trust pilot but no reviews at that point. Avoid like the plague this is a Scam. They are playing on those who care about animals to spend their hard earned cash to supply shelter for vulnerable animals. Not holding out any hope of getting money back but will try.

DO NOT USE. This company is an complete scam
This company is an complete scam. DO NOT USE. They dont have any intention of sending you goods and their addresses and emails go to all sorts of other pet shop companies in the north of england (who are legit). When I finally got hold of someone in a random pet shop they immediately said, are you chasing an order from PetsHorizon and then told me it's a complete scam and to try and get your money back.
