I ordered couple of things and they’ve never arrived. They don’t answer the phone. Scam!

Great quality product and was sent very quickly!! Delivery cost could be improved/made cheaper - but all in all very satisfied!!

It says that if you order before 10 PM it will be at home the next day. That's a lie. That was the reason I ordered from this website and it wasn't fulfilled. I emailed customer service where they pretended not to understand and avoided the issue after I asked for a full refund because they didn't comply with what was stated. They only replied that I could return the order at my own expense and I didn't get any other kind of response, not even an apology. Very bad. I will never order from here again. What should have been delivered in one day took four. (And it still hasn't been delivered)

I ordered a product from them and they promised next day delivery. I am 3 days further and customer service is not responding to my mails or what’s apps.

Totally unreliable, careless towards their customers, and showing no sense of professional responsibility.

On July 28 we ordered a dog carrier. The order arrived the next day via Bol, but it was not the item we had purchased – instead, it was a much cheaper alternative. We immediately returned the product, and although the return was confirmed as successful, almost 25 days later we still had not received any refund or proper communication.

We contacted them three times through Bol, but nothing has been resolved. The only response we ever received was after our first message: a completely unprofessional email saying, “Dear customer, no problem, it will be arranged immediately.” The best: instead a proper signature,just a name: Sven!
After that, silence.
No refund, no apology, no explanation.

Item ordered and paid which was never delivered and client servicing department is not communicating.. I will never order from them again.

The food came well packed and was home 1 day after buy-in.
It's a trustworthy company with a lot of variety of goods for pets.

Delivery was delayed by DHL and delivered in the end by PetsHome.

Awful company. Everything is fine when there is nothing wrong with your order, but when there is you’re out of luck. They don’t pick up the phone and only email back with referrals to statements on their website. Their is no personalized communication and they certainly don’t take responsibility for delivering a faulty product. Will never shop here again

I bought something and they said it would be delivered the day after tomorrow. It came 5 days later. I chatted with the phone number and they asked for the ordernumber. I responded. No reaction still not and it is now 2 months later. The service is crap. The product that I bought came in a different color.

I ordered two white cat food bowls (#260215). Only one arrived in Blue. I contacted customer service in Whatsapp, they said they will check but hear nothing afterwards. I called also, no one answered the phone
