Scammers absolutely. Paying for false reviews. Only accepting friends & family payments, even after I said I'd send more for the fee and wouldn't lie and mark they were friend or family.

I’m very happy today, my Malcom is back. Thank you petradar for supporting in this difficult situation

I know you're desperate but please don't waste money on this scam. They have a ghost FB page and generate fake views. Pet Boost is cheaper and legit. Shame on Pet Radar for taking advantage of people's pain!

My view is this is definitely a scam.
****If you too were conned by this company report it to law enforcement dealing with online fraud and notify your bank as they may be able to reimburse you******
I asked for one link or screenshot of my missing poster being up anywhere at all online (other than on their website) and the company could not provide it.
They can't show anyone's anywhere despite operating all over the world.
I live and work in the area I paid for it to be displayed and am constantly on Instagram and Facebook and not once in months did I see my or anyone else's online poster ever. I also paid £150 to cover a large area as I was so desperate.
The one "poster" they create for you is extremely amateur and rubbish too. I created my own on an online poster printing website afterwards and it gives you heaps of options, tools and ideas for a reasonable price and was far far superior to theirs.
If anyone anywhere in the world can show a screenshot of their poster actually displayed online somewhere I will die of shock.
Also when you think about it how on earth can they ensure your ad is being displayed at a greater geographical distance? It's impossible unless you are an expert in marketing.
You're putting your faith in someone purely based on reviews with no knowledge of online marketing when even the reviewers have no idea if their own ad is even being displayed at all.
They emailed me an update after one day with a screen that said I had over 10,0029 views over the 1.86 miles distance (somehow I doubt that even if it was on prime time
tv in that radius) and had just six likes -and when you go to click on it to see who "liked it" you can't - yet again proving it to be a scam. Other social
media sites where you post for free garner tons of likes very quickly.
I emailed Pet Radar for clarity as to how they know it's being displayed where they say it's being displayed and a rationale as to why they charge £42 for one mile of advert coverage and £175 for two miles not £84 and a whopping £3046 for the maximum area 62 miles!!!! They couldn't provide an answer.
The fact they even have the audacity to be willing to charge £3046 to a vulnerable person EVEN had there been an online poster means they should be locked up. You'd expect your own detective, billboard and tv ad for that cost.
Anyone with a missing pet don't give up hope just print your own posters using a reputable company and put them on lamposts especially where there is heavy footfall like the streets by schools. Using the standard social platforms everyone uses alongside your own physical posters really does work.
A local guy on a missing pet forum like me has also been duped hence my motivation for writing a review.

Petradar in response to your response below I will be in touch in the New Year. I DID write to you and I did get an unsafisfactory response from your colleague Batu on 27th March:
"Regarding your request for a screenshot of our adverts, unfortunately, once a campaign has stopped, we're unable to display the ads as they are no longer active. I understand your concerns about reassurance and the need to ensure legitimacy, and I'm genuinely sorry for any inconvenience this might cause."
Everything you've written below in response is very vague with no real rationale or evidence hence why I will be reporting you to ActionFraud. If you can provide real screenshots of anyone's live ads anywhere in the world I will consider rewriting my review.

Had lots of views within a couple hours. While our cat was found quickly, I have not doubt it would’ve made a world of difference

Update: I see their response below that they respond to everyone. STILL A SCAM. Their Facebook page disappeared and look how they provide no way to contact them.
Definitely a scam.
Poof, they disappear without any services rendered.
And that response is BS with no way to contact them. After payment, no messages were answered and no help was given.

Losing a pet is heartbreaking, and when you're desperate for help, you turn to services like Petradar, hoping they’ll deliver what they promise. Unfortunately, my experience with their premium package was deeply disappointing.
They advertised that their $39 premium package would ensure 4,000 views on Facebook and Instagram. Yet, throughout the campaign, I searched tirelessly and could never find their ad running. They claimed their statistics showed over 2,000 views, but when I asked for proof, they said they had emailed me the details—which I never received.
When I pressed for proof of the ad campaign, they sent me links to their ad library on Facebook and Instagram. However, even after following these links, I found nothing. To make matters worse, instead of addressing my concerns, they emailed me suggesting I pay more to "upgrade" my campaign since it had ended.
I requested either they run the promised ads and provide verifiable proof or refund my money. To this day, I have received no response.
If you’re considering Petradar, I strongly urge caution. Losing a pet is painful enough without having to deal with unreliable services like this.

It’s good to have it while your loved one missing it felt comforting that it covers around your area but Truelly I have checked this web properly because I have found my pet while paying for this app

I ended up ending the paid advert early as it was very clear this was not providing the service they promised. It was frankly quite upsetting to be receiving updates when they were not actually doing anything to help.
The Facebook post was supposedly seen by 3000 in people in my area, however it got not a single like or share. Also I asked numerous family, friends and neighbours who live in the area if they saw it and not a single one of them did. The area within 1km of my house, which is the area they promise to advertise within, has no more than 10,000 people - and less on Facebook - so it seems unlikely nobody would have seen it when such a large percentage of the population should have gotten it on their feed. It was briefly liked by a man in Bangladesh, but this like disappeared soon after. I kept a close eye on the statistics and they would remain stagnant for hours on end and just before each 12 hour update the number would suddenly jump 5/600, which is very unusual for this kind of advert. You of course normally see spikes in views, at certain times of day, on weekends etc however the spikes are always accompanied by steady views, even in small numbers, particularly in a very short time frame.
I understand that you cannot control how users interact with the posts, but this post got not a single like or share, which is exceptionally unusual for Facebook especially when it is about a missing pet.
I don’t believe this was targeted to a specific area from the data. Which is very disappointing as this is the entire premise of the business. I made my own post and it garnered far more likes and shares, from my very limited Facebook network - I set the page up solely to do this.
Overall, I don’t feel like the business is being entirely honest about its methods. I am so glad that they have aided in pets being reunited with their owners. However, they should not offer their services in areas that won't have enough engagement to give the posts the traction they need - which is clearly leading to them being shown in other areas or not at all. I think an honest response from them that it's simply not working in the area rather than clearly false data would have been better.
I feel like I was taken advantage of - and I would not be able to recommend them.

Good product. Hope I don’t need it again, but would use if needed.

The company is easy to work with and provides a great service. At least I knew that I had done everything I could do, after microchipping, with their ads and flyers.

Really great service, very informative and great that they put adverts on social media.

This is 100% and definitely a scam. they tell you that they post on Facebook in a circumference of a kilometer or more in your area and I haven't even seen it on my own Facebook. You pay the money they assure you that the messages out but you will never know that it is. In other words you will not see any evidence that they are doing what they claim. My advice is save your money and post on local Facebook groups you will have a better chance.

Constant updates. My cat was found in 6 days! Very efficient. Thank you so much! May God bless you!
