I am sharing my experience for consumer awareness.
Petpooja confirmed my full refund in writing on 12 December 2025, clearly stating that the refund would be credited on or before 26 December 2025. Based on this written assurance, I cooperated fully with all their requirements.
The device was:
Collected by Petpooja’s authorised representative
Checked and confirmed in working condition
Couriered by them and later received at their Head Office
I also shared a cancelled cheque immediately when requested, even though this was not mentioned in the original refund confirmation.
Despite:
Written refund commitment
Device receipt confirmation
Completion of all formalities
Multiple follow-ups
The refund has still not been credited, and no UTR / transaction reference has been shared till date. I only received repeated responses such as “will update soon”, “in queue”, “accounts team”, and changing timelines like “3–4 working days” and later “standard working days”.
Due to continuous delay, contradictory communication, and non-resolution, I have been forced to proceed through the legal / consumer forum route. Like this comlaints they only give reply like below screenshot i have provided. Please dont believe on them. Fake promises . worst after services.
