I Had to get a replacement for my automatic litter box as the door was faulty, and Chelsea was so helpful and answered me pretty much straight away and made sure I was looked after as I was very disappointed, hoping the new one has no troubles.

My order took a while but the response when following it up was prompt and helpful. My cats love it. I was unfortunate enough to discover in my first month that I was having problems but again the responses to help sort were amazing. Seems it has a fault and as it is still under warranty they are sending me a replacement (had the choice of refunding purchase but both my cats and I love it). Thank you so much to the amazing Chelsea for all your help

Awesome bed for our " Old Boy" ..I feel like I could benefit from it also...so comfy...and great with the moisture proof inner liner...
Practical that the cover comes off for washing...
It's so Big...I could fit another Merlin in there...😉😃

Contacted PaWz via their chat regarding the calming bed I purchased in April and had a very quick response and they are sending me a replacement bed. Great company to deal with. Recently bought the pet pawz automatic kitty litter. Had some issues with it because we overfilled the litter but the customer service representative on pet pawz responded to us very quickly and helped us troubleshoot.

My daughters GSP’s love their new beds very comfortable and the quality was better than I thought. Removable covers makes washing easy

Not enough padding and is becoming as flat as a pancake.
Shame as purchased a spare.
Do not recommend for large / heavy pets

Ordered this dog fence x2. Got both earlier than stated, even if they came a week apart.
Both products were complete & easy to erect.

I got two of your beds I got the X-Large for my daughters bull terriers it was a hit they love laying on it together and I got the large for my Staffy and he also loves it , they are very comfy good value and love you can take the cover off and wash them, Thank you
