The collar does not function as advertised. It is marketed as providing “AI-driven Seizure Alerts” and notifying parents in near real time and “logging events”. When I contacted support about the missing feature, they confirmed that the advertising is misleading. BUT, they will not pay for the return costs-shipping,
insurance, tracking- even if you are returning the collar because it does not function as advertised. They take no responsibility for this. You get a refund for the collar, but you have to pay to send it back and pay the insurance and tracking. Otherwise, if it gets lost in the mail, you are out the entire cost of the collar AND the subscription. In addition, the fist collar I received did not work. They had me watch a video and test the collar before asking their tech team about it- and the tech team confirmed the collar was malfunctioning. They first tried to get me to fix it and keep the one I had to fix. I got a replacement, but all of this took about a week. I am really disappointed in the quality of the strap, as well as their advertising tactics.

The app is clean and easy to use, the alerts are helpful, and the collar itself feels premium and comfortable for my dog. You can really tell this product was designed with real care and technology behind it. Customer support was also responsive and professional whenever I had questions. Highly recommended for pet parents who truly want to stay ahead of their pet’s health.

My order was never delivered, and the company refuses to refund me. It's a $400 waste of money!

Not only did it get delayed and delayed, them carrier said it was "left near the front door or porch" in Manhattan!!

Don't buy!

We initially attributed our dog's lethargy and decreased energy to her age and the summer heat. However, the collar tracked a significant decline in her activity levels and prompted us to consult our vet.

An examination revealed a mass on her spleen. Given her age and the aggressive nature of the potential cancer, we opted against surgery. Throughout her final days, the collar allowed us to monitor her closely from home. By adjusting the pulse alert parameters, we were notified when her heart rate spiked. This alert allowed us to check on her, confirm the mass had ruptured, and rush her to the vet. Because of this data, we were able to end her suffering quickly and be by her side as she passed. The PetPace collar gave us the specific baseline data we needed to make the best decisions for her care.

PetPace gave me peace of mind by helping me better understand my pet’s health and daily patterns. The technology is impressive, and the support team is always kind, responsive, and professional. I can easily monitor Violet's vitals and have hard reliable data to share with her vet.

I got PetPace about 6 months ago because my dog turned 13 and I just wanted to know if he was alright. When I first got the collar it was pretty easy to start using right out of the box. I had a couple of questions on the meaning of stats and the support team answered them right away. It is so fun to see the stats daily. My favortie stat is posture, i love seeing what side my dog perfers!

Do not get. They will not refund you if your dog dies before subscription ends. No compassion and app was unreliable.

Recieved a device that just don't work and can't be switched on. My subscriptions started working from the day of purchase alough delivery time took almost 3 weeks. Support have answered on my first request, after that I asked for a return 3 times and there is no answer. I assume they're waiting for my 30 days off purchase to expire so I can't claim a return. Taking into consideration the ridicilously high price which nowhere near the price range of the competition their service is non existent.

Although it works at home on WiFi, it does not work when you leave the house.

Unfortunate waste, failed to meet expectations, promises and hype.

My PetPace collar came really quickly, works perfectly and really helps me monitor my dogs health in his old age. The collar collects the data, then I show the information to the vet and he can quickly and accurately diagnose him and prescribe him with what he needs
