Buyer BEWARE. Dog bed received was a rip off. Was not solid, cheaply made. If you wanted to send it back there was a run around on what percent they could offer you because in order to send it back it would need to go to China but was shipped from a US address. On top of the shipping I was advised to get shipping certification cause it may get lost. Laughable. I paid basically $79.95 for a bed that was flimsy and could have gotten same bed online for $30 from Amazon. Bed arrived vacuum packed in an envelope clue one. Clue two the fact it never got like the picture. At least Amazon allows you to return stuff not up to par. It was a wage war over the amount they could refund me. Couldn't give me over 35 percent back. I don't even know if I got my refund.

They also took forever to mail it out. And wanted additional to rush it and had the nerve to ask for a tip. Donated bed. My dog couldn't use it. You can feel the floor.

Outstanding craftsmanship and design. The sizing was spot-on and effortless to customize. The metal clips make accessing it a breeze, and it's exceptionally cozy for my furry friend. Specifically tailored for larger dogs, I wholeheartedly endorse it.

Purchased a guaranteed power chewer dog toy that my 18 pound dog ripped apart in minutes. I provided the company photos and they told me I never purchased one and will take no action

I ordered an item and paid extra for expedited shipping, the tracking info said it’s now in NJ, I should have received the item last week. I’m refusing my order and want a full refund, including what I paid for expedited shipping. I’ve emailed customer service 3 times and never got a response from anyone at Petoday. I reported this business to the BBB and I’m writing this review to warn others about using this website, it’s one of the worst! STAY AWAY FROM PETODAY!

After many shipping delays… Not completely your fault although you did choose the cheapest shipping company in Canada. I finally received my package only to find I did not get the colours I asked for. After writing to you guys I was offered a three dollar refund… Which I did except because I didn’t think sending the packages back would be worth my time. Seeing how it is -20° in Montreal at the time I needed the coats. Fast forward two weeks and both coats have broken. One has ripped along the seams on both sides of the chest. Both coats have lost their drawstrings along the neck lines. Also the quality of fabric and straps look nothing like they do online. Safe to say I’ll never be ordering from you guys again

Ordered black harness with saddle bags got Grey with nothing. Seems to be the usual for this company. Should have read reviews.

I recently bought a dog harness from them.
The product itself, not bad for quality and price.

The customer service and buyer protection, i would steer clear.

I ordered a GREY dog harness, paid about $40 USD in total, but received a BLACK harness.
No biggie at first, however my understanding is that if a customer gets to choose a colour, the choice should be honoured.

Contacted customer service, as per the previous reviews left by others, this company admitted to their mistake but consistently offers a percentage of the refund as a “sincere” apology. I did ask for a product exchange first, for the right colour, as black is a colour i really do not like and the only reason i bought from Petoday was because they had the grey i wanted.

But the company told me that the shipping of the new product and shippin of the returning product will be at my expense, again. I had to escalate to paypal and refuse multiple offers of pathetic 10-30% refunds of the price i paid. (Imagine if i had actually purchased more products, dodge a bullet there.)

Finally, FINALLY, I received an offer for a full refund, but guess what, the return shipping is NOT covered. I googled estimated rates and it will cost almost as much for my product to be shipped back. Pretty sure the company does not care, they will say “i told you so” because they asked i keep the “wrong” product.

In my honest opinion, this is about integrity, not the price of the product. I am thoroughly upset by this experience, and I do not recommend this company to anyone, unless you are willing to risk not receiving the product you paid for.

I ended up purchasing a new harness from Amazon because I had wanted a grey harness to match the vest my partner has for work, a shop called Excellent Elite Spanker, they have really good stuff at cheaper prices.

I would not trust this company. You can take a chance at your own expense if you wish though.

I am very satisfied, the harness arrived within reasonable time and the quality is very good. My dog and my son really likes it.

I recently ordered 2 dog harnesses from this company, big mistake. These products came from China so I never knew when to expect them. When they finally arrived they were extremely poor quality. To send them back I was told I would have to pay shipping to China, forget that. When I disputed that requirement I was offered first a 10% refund then a 15% refund, which I have yet to see in my account. Stay clear of this business, they are a rip off.

11 days later and my order still hasn't shipped.

In good conscience I can’t give less than 3 stars because I don’t even have the order to review. I ordered almost 30 days ago, no known delivery date. Emailed and the response was, here’s the tracking #. Not helpful, not a good experience yet. Past the date I needed this by, so now fairly useless.

Harness arrived in good time. Very good quality and design. Sizing was perfect and easily adjusted. The metal clips allow easy access and it really comfortable for my dog. Great for bigger dogs I would highly recommend
