I’m more than satisfied with my Luma Auto Litter boxes. In addition I have a Pet Libro water fountain and 4 polar feeders. Anytime I have an issue I contact support services. They are quick to respond and resolve any issues. I highly recommend all of their products.
I felt heard and I got helped.
They walked me through all the steps to troubleshoot and fix the device ourselves. When they didn't work, without any other questions I received a notification that a new device was on the way.
This experience made me feel heard and they actually want to help you. They gave me a great fix, the new device lid works great and I love the minor upgrades they have made to the device.

I tried reaching out 4 times via email, to ask questions on the product , prior to the launch of the Lumo Litter tray, I had no responses, I wanted to purchase and use the £100 pre launch offer, NO ONE bothered to get back to me in time , and now they won't honour the offer, instead all they said they could do was offer some pointless accessories that I would never have bought in the first place, Im not willing to waste £100, just because this company didn't respond to my emails. so I will be purchasing from a company that offers a better service

The devices are fantastic, and the apps for managing feeding are perfect—intuitive, easy to use, and truly reliable. I purchased both the wet food feeder and the dry food feeder, and now I couldn’t do without them.

There was a problem with the delivery…
There was a problem with the delivery service, they were rude and actually threw my package onto my porch. They had no idea what was in the package and it could have been damaged, fortunately it wasn’t but that company is not customer friendly.
I contacted Petlibro and Vincy responded to me very quickly, making sure the product was not damaged and reassured me that he would take care of letting the delivery company know about their service.
We love our Petlibro products and their customer service is excellent, prompt response and reassurance that we would always be taken care of.

Excellent! I had to email for the first time with a small issue about my Dockstream Cordless 2 water fountain that I couldn’t fix, it literally was resolved within 5 minutes - so impressed with Petlibro customer service. Polite, friendly and knowledgeable, love this brand.

I requested assistance because my Petlibro wet feeder was not working properly. Randy was the representative I worked with. After a few email correspondences where I shared a video and a couple of photos of my defective Petlibro he was able to assist me and ordered a replacement under the warranty.

I recently had an issue with my Polar Wet Food Feeder from Petlibro and reached out to customer support. Randy was the representative who helped me, and I had a great experience working with him.
At first, Randy walked me through several troubleshooting steps to try and fix the problem. He was patient, clear, and very thorough in making sure we covered all possible solutions. When those steps didn’t resolve the issue, he quickly recognized that the unit itself was defective.
Without any hassle, Randy arranged for a replacement, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. I really appreciated his persistence in trying to fix the issue first, and then taking swift action once it was clear the product was faulty.
Thanks to Randy’s excellent support, I now have a properly working feeder. It’s great to see customer service done right—I’d definitely recommend Petlibro and their team!

There was an issue with being notified that the feeder was empty. Customer service was helpful in trying to troubleshoot with me via email. I especially liked how I was able to respond to the same email thread throughout the interaction. They suggested a few things to check and clean on the machine. When we exhausted all steps, they immediately sent a replacement.
Absolutely fantastic Customer Service
Absolutely fantastic, prompt service and product support. We’ve had out kitty fountain for almost a year and the pump was not pushing out as much water as it use to. Our customer support Rep, Kin, guided us through how to clean the motor, but for some reason the water flow was still low. Kin immediately sent a replacement motor that will arrive in two days. We have other Petlibro products and have had no issues at all, love this brand and even more so after this experience.
