Great customer service!
I’ve been buying Petlibro products for the last few years and have been very happy with everything I’ve purchased and I really admire their innovation in the pet tech space. Most recently, I was having issues with our automatic wet food feeder, and customer service was very quick to acknowledge the issue and help me troubleshoot. When the issue could not be resolved, they promptly sent me a replacement. Very happy with their level of customer service and willingness to make it right.

The customer service here is exceptional. I had to cancel my subscription, but I couldn’t find the option within the app. I sent an email to their customer service, expecting a response the next day when I would be charged. Surprisingly, they replied immediately, confirming the cancellation and resolving my issue in under 10 minutes. If I had checked my email sooner, it would have been even quicker. I highly recommend this company for their outstanding customer service.

Alexandra was my customer service agent and did such a amazing job helping me troubleshoot my petlibro feeder machine! We walked through all the steps for hours trying to figure out what was wrong with the camera on my machine! She was so helpful and patient with me while I was trying to email her information about the product on my machine. She really took the time out to help me out! Please give her a raise in her salary or a bonus in her check because she a outstanding customer service agent please hire more people like her! Thank you ps she is a cutie 😊

Scam
Products all act as if the subscription is optional but lock features that you want behind an expensive subscription that works half the time. Customer service fails to respond in a timely manner. Shipping expectations versus reality are false illusions. They’ll help you return your purchase but only after they approve the return and also charge you for shipping. Go with a different brand of smart pet products.

Easy to place order & discount offered at point of purchase. It arrived within 5 days of purchase! Customer service were also very polite prompt at replying. Cheaper than their competitor and IMO a better product (Luma Litter Robot)!

Very helpful customer service! My cats love the stainless steel water fountain. My town’s post office returned the one I ordered for our second home because I didn’t put the P.O. Box. Vincy at petlibro is reshipping it to me - he was very helpful.
My cat absolutely loves this
My cat absolutely loves this! She’s always loved running water, but I didn’t know if she would use a fountain (you know what cats can be like!) and thought is was a lot of money to spend for her not to use it. I needn’t have worried, she immediately took to the fountain and spends a lot of time drinking from it and playing with it. Which is where the splash mat is very useful too and catches any spills. The filter really does keep the water fresh and clean. It’s easy to clean and change the filter too and looks smart in our newly renovated kitchen. It tells me how much my cat is drinking and when it needs refilling or the filter changing. I can’t speak highly enough of it and would recommend to all cats and their owners! Also great customer service.
Exceptional customer service
They are providing exceptional customer service. I have had two units stop cooling properly after over a year of having them and the company has replaced the unit without question after confirming the device is not functioning properly. The company's customer service response time is also great!
Do not buy nor trust Petlibro
Do not trust Petlibro products around your pets. We bought their Polar wet food feeder - it worked fine for a while, until last week when the motor shorted on and continuously rotated the food dish. The door opened, and it kept rotating. Resetting the machine, unplugging for hours, unpairing, resetting, repairing - zip. Motor keeps running. What if we were gone for a few days? It's not going to keep anything remotely refrigerated; the sliding door opened just fine, and there are multiple pinch points - what if our cat got trapped by the rotating food dish?
We reached out to Petlibro customer service and didn't hear back for 4 days. When they finally contacted us, they demanded a video of the defect and a purchase receipt to prove our ownership, or else they "couldn't" (wouldn't) help us. They claim a new feeder is on the way, but at this point, I'll be looking elsewhere for all things pet-related.
Do what you will, but I would recommend you steer well clear of a corporation that seems more fixated on their income stream and hitting the shelves than caring if their shoddy products endanger their entire consumer base. You do you, but I care about my pet's livelihood and safety.
