⭐ One star – very poor delivery experience
Avoid this company at all costs.
We live in Brussels and only found out about our delivery because our neighbour called us to say there were a large number of boxes left in front of our door.
What went wrong:
• We received no information at all about an upcoming delivery (no date, no time window, no notification).
• The delivery company simply dumped the packages in front of our door, regardless of whether we were home or not.
• No attempt was made to contact us, reschedule, or ensure safe delivery.
Unless you are planning to stay home indefinitely and keep checking your front door, this is extremely frustrating and irresponsible. Leaving large packages unattended on a public street is unacceptable.
Very disappointed with Petit Puk’s delivery process and lack of communication.

We’re very sorry to hear about your experience — this is not how we want deliveries from Petit Puk to be handled. We do want to clearly communicate that this is a logistic provider issue not a PETIT PUK issue:
We work for this specific bed with GLS, and normally the tracking link they provide clearly shows the delivery day and time window. In this case, the time between our warehouse and delivery was very fast, which might be why the notification was missed.
We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to find your order left unattended, and we agree this is not acceptable. We are following up with GLS to understand what went wrong and to help prevent this from happening again.

We love our new bed by Petit Puk
We love our new bed by Petit Puk. It is sturdy, made in the EU and built for growth. Our 3-year-old loves it. So much space for his pluche friends and books, and if he doesn't feel well, we can actually lie beside him. We have the model BASIL and I would definitely recommend adding a matrass as well.

As the title says. Very collaborative in ordering the missing parts. Great help, I assume most companies would just ask you to order a completely new bed. I’m ordering the next sizes with petit puk as well!

Terrible quality
I ordered from this website because of the excellent reviews and because I stupidly thought the price was an indication of quality. The reviews are very misleading - the product is nothing like the pictures, material is cheap and flimsy, so much so that I worry about my daughter’s safety sleeping in it. To absolutely avoid.

Exactly what we had in mind
I ordered a bed from petit puk. And it was delivered exactly on time. The communication with the customer service was smooth, with quick support.
One minor thing is that when assembling the bed we noticed that we saw some parts of the top of the bed styles could have been painted a bit further, you don't see it when you are standing next to the bed, but you see it when you are assembling it.
However, overall exactly what we had in mind.

Beautiful and playful bed
Beautiful bed, my son immediately started sleeping on his own and loved it. Easy to mount and good quality. Package arrived fast. We bought a roof cover separately. It's a very playful and cosy bed.

Super functional and beautiful
For my sons 3th birthday we got him the Sage bed 90x200. He is so proud of his new bed! He can climb in himself which he finds alot of fun. And there’s an extra sleepingdrawer for sleepovers. I love that the bed isn’t just super functional, it’s also a beautiful addition to his room.
I put the bed together by myself. It took some time but the manual was very clear and it wasn’t difficult at all.
We’re very happy we picked this bed!

No squeaking - hooray!
The bed is great, we have a Tommy, 120x200. It was super important for us to it does not squeak and it does not! It's beautiful and strong too. We previously had a squeaking one so changed it to this one - happily!

I really love the Willow bed from…
I really love the Willow bed from Petitpuk! Our daughter turned 6 and wanted a cooler bed than the one she had. She really loves this bed with the drawer underneath for her books and toys.
The bed has a very detailled headboard and quality looks good!
It took me a while to assemble the bed, but I did it on my own. I would advise to do it with two people. Instructions and materials were good!
