PetHotel is great!
The app works well to communicate between pet owners and caretakers. The calender is a very useful feature as well. I only once had an issue with payment after multiple transactions, and the support resolved the issue fast and with a small compensation. I’m very pleased overall!

I made an easy transaction with the pet…
I made an easy transaction with the pet carers. However, would there be an option for the carer to be grayed out on the days that they are not available? Sometimes carers take time to respond, but with that option, the searcher could easily identify who isn't available on the selected days.

Its so good!
Website is super easy to navigate and use. Contacting caretakers is easy as well. The only minus comes from small bugs; time to time the chat nullifies what you did and the app itself might throw you out so you just have to re-do everything. Other than that absolutely great!
