No reminder for auto-renewal, no chance to alter my cover before starting new policy. Managed to stop autorenewal but yet to know if it will actually stop the payment coming out as I’ve taken out a new policy instead.

My Cockapoo had a tumour in his jaw. Petgivity helped take the strain off me by dealing direct with his hospital during his illness. Once we had established Ted was covered for this illness, it was a smooth procedure and somebody from Petgivity was always on hand to deal with any concerns I had. I can unreservedly recommend them.

Absolutely fantastic company and extremely caring and understanding as unfortunately we lost our beautiful dog Miley at the young age of 3 years old to a sudden illness that we weren’t aware of and we got loads of help and support from petgevity I’m so glad we chose them for our insurance as the paid almost all of the vet bill and also paid the full amount for what we paid for our beloved dog it was recently my birthday and today I received a little gift from petgevity from Miley it’s was a nice little card with a little packet of seeds for a little flower to remember Miley which was extremely nice and such a lovely thought thank you so much

I had been with Petgevity for around 3 years. When my dog took cancer and we were doing through a difficult time they took care of everything along with our vets. Unfortunately Maddie didn't make it and we lost her in April. Once all claims were settled, yesterday i received a lovely card to say how sorry they are and had Forget me not seeds to plant in memory of her which filled my heart. I would definitely recommend this company for pet insurance.

So far, we have been using Petgevity for a year now and have needed to make several claims. The process is very clear, easy and efficient. Communication has been very good keeping us informed at every stage. Would definitely recommend. And the cost is reasonable

Easy to renew, great cover for my pet.

To be able to choose cover level ans excess etc is helpful. Obviously as policy only just started can’t comment on claims procedure. But the sign up process was easy.

I would have given a higher rating as while I had the insurance it was fine. But since not renewing it I have been bombarded with emails asking what it is I need help with although I have already cancelled it and they promised to take my name off the mailing list. Yet I still get emails!

The insurance is good in that, the one time I've needed to use it, they paid out without any problems which helped reduce stress at an already stressful time. However, it is incredibly expensive for my 3 year old cat already, so probably won't be sustainable in the long run. I chose this insurance for my cat as he had a pre-existing condition and I wanted to be sure any complications from that would be covered. However, he has been fit and healthy with no recurring issues since, and the only time I've had to claim it was for an unrelated injury. My other animals (2 dogs and 1 kitten) are covered under a different insurance which is far less expensive (except for my 13 year old dog, because of his age) and don't put up the premium if you make a claim. I wouldn't use this insurance company if my cat didn't have a preexisting condition, because over £100 a month for a 3 year old cat is excessive. I pay much less for my 8 year old dog!!

A great insurance company that pays calima quickly

I've not had to use my insurance and hopefully going forward I never will but if I did I am confident that the cover I have with Petgevity will make things less stressful. I have used the online vet service for advice which is a great addition if you are unsure if an issue warrants a vet visit. The price is comparable with others so I have decided to stay with Petgevity

I missed the renewal payment because Petgevity did not send me a notification that this was due

Have had pet insurance with many companies over the years and this one is by far the best experience all round. Sufficient cover for a pup with allergies and really well priced. Barely increases each year and so easy to deal with
