DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS…

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Currently, it seems they are out of business. Phone just rings and website is down but they screwed us on an order placed four months ago. Canned responses were sent when we sent emails asking for the product to be shipped or to refund our money. We have reported them to our local police fraud squad.

They are scamsters

They are scamsters. I ordered a pet brush from them and did not receive anything even after 1 month of waiting. They promise 6-12 days delivery on their website and they did not ship anything even after a month. Looks like a fraud website.

Bought 1 chair cover +1 3 seater cover

Bought 1 chair cover +1 3 seater cover. They were misrepresented in the advertisement ie they are not reversible as stated, elastic started fraying immediately back tore in 2 days. The covers were extremely expensive for what I got. Wrote to them after having the product for 5 days wanting my money back through Facebook messages and 2 methods of their online contact Weeks later the matter has still not been resolved even though they say 100% money back guarantee.
Would not recommend this company as they misrepresent their product and have appalling customer service.
