Really good customer service. Make sure you get your package and frequently check. As for the harness, this is a great looking harness that is very high quality.

Well made harnesses, delivery time was delayed per high order volume. I reached out to customer service, and they tracked and kept in constant communication with me. Sizes run bigger and have lots of room for adjustment. My full size healer wears a large but should be medium. My 1 year old healer should be in a small but is in a medium. (for reference)

I bought the dog harness.

The quality is very high, higher than I expected.

My primary reason for the purchase was so that my dog, a Hungarian Vizslas, would be safe while traveling.

Arrived in Australia within the timeframe given at purchase. Also the tracking tool was helpful.

Very impressed at the metal loop to attach my seatbelt lead into plus the 2 metal clasps and 2 large plastic clasps. Has to be the safest way to have your dog in a car.

My dog is clearly comfortable in the harness and already puts her head into the harness when I want to put it on her. The handle is also a nice touch for when getting out of the car.

My only suggestion is different velcro patches. I'm looking to load the harness up with holiday patches and maybe something funny. How about a patch that says........ I'M THE REASON HUMANS PREFER DOGS.

Just a thought.

Customer service is a joke. Didn’t get what I ordered then they wouldn’t give me a return address. Then they stopped replying. Waited 2 months for shipping as well. They are based in Canada so I have reported them to consumer affairs. DO NOT DEAL with these MORONS! They will rip you off.

Awful customer service. Asked about the sizing to see if it was off, and they offered to instruct me how to tighten the straps as if I’m dumb. Don’t waste your money. It’s pricy for them to not refund or exchange.

Pet belongs has very good material and, they are very helpful and quick to answer any question.

Purchased 2 of these vests for my husband’s Service Dog. Went on PetBelong’s website to purchase a replacement clip after 1 broke and could not find any link for replacement parts. Contacted the company inquiring if they could send me a link so that I could replace the broken clip and we were very quickly contacted by Mitch from their Client Experience Team, 1st apologizing for the clip breaking then asking for our address so that he could immediately send out a replacement. AMAZING Customer Service and a prompt resolution to our problem!!! Customer’s for Life for sure!!!

I bought a Tactical No Pull dog harness for my 50kg (110lb) dog back in November 2023, just getting around to this review now. This is the second identical harness I've bought for him and they are simply great. The first one is still in use but having been subjected to water, seawater, mud and everything else he loves it is just getting a bit grubby but all stitching and buckles are still perfect. My dog can be quite jerky and easily distracted on lead being a Maremma (that's just their nature) and this harness is perfect for protecting him and strong for me to control him. The quality is great, the harness is very durable with strong stitching and great buckles which he has certainly tested often. In Aussie dollars these are at the higher end of harnesses but I'm convinced they are good value compared to some others that I've tried and didn't last long at all with broken stitching and buckles in a short time. Fast delivery too. I'm happy to recommend these for big dogs as they are great in my opinion.

Excellent product and communication with Petbelong when I had a question

Ordered two of the tac harnesses and had initial difficulties with sizing and how to set up the side straps, which were loose (due to the way I had set them up).
Customer service was patient and sent me instructional videos for set up, and offered free returns, outside of shipping/handling, for the exchange to the correct size.
Even with the time difference (I am in Australia) customer service communications were very timely and professional. Very happy with service - thank you.

Delivery was quick as expected. Fit and adjustment is super easy. Dogs have taken to them quite easily.
2 Golden Retrievers 85 and 110 pounders, my 100 lb wife handles them much easier than conventional collar. The harnesses have performed exactly as advertised.

I have two wonderful english black labs. Both of them wear one of these awesome harnesses. the pouches that I ordered with them are very handy for carrying treats on our long walks in the country.
The delivery took awhile but the product and customer support were great.

Bad fit, straps won't stay locked. had to buy new clips that actually work. Very poor Chinese product. Waste of money

Just wanted to say Thank you. We received the tac harness yesterday. Our daughter had purchased one from you some time ago for her German Shepherd and it has been brilliant. So when we got our own beautiful German shepherd “Luna” we purchased one for her too. She put in on and thought herself very important. She loves it and so do we. Thank you
