They never refund me after 3 months, due to covid the flight was cancelled.

The company still hasn’t provided a refund for the trip I booked 9 months ago. Their customer service is horrible. They don’t respond to calls or email.

They never pick up the phone and haven´t answered my email for 2 days while they are the only one responsible to change or refund the ticket. Do your self a favour and dont order tickets from such a unprofessional company

I payed €670 for a ticket. My flight was canceled. I never got a refund , they never answer the phone. I was a customer for the last 3 years, not anymore. Huge scam. Very unprofessional.

Scam. They are no responsive and they never answer. Doubtful that they exist anymore.

Unreliable, Unprofessional and I'm really gonna let everyone that i know, not to book tickets from this travel agency ever again.

They never answer the phone. We had problems on May due to covid19 lock down and we almost lost our flight from Greece to Lisbon because they didn't even answer at our emails that we had sent weeks, before the flight.
The funny thing, is that we visited their office, rang the doorbell but noone was inside and we made a test. We called their number and listened its ringing from behind the door but on the phone an auto reply said that all their stuff was occupied at that moment and then it hang up . Such an irony...

Only the airlines company themselves answered to our request to change the flight at the last minute, after many attempts to reach them.

Now we have the same problem. We need to contact petas.gr because it's an emergency and again, they don't answer.

I had some questions about my flight and I emailed. Mr Ivan Z. answered as soon as he could, and helped me with all my questions. Thanks a lot for all your time.

I had booked my flight from Lisbon to Athens with petas.gr. The flight changed and I was not informed when. They do not pick up the phones and they do not answer the mails, I called the airline and changed my flight at the last minute MY only. The airline told me that this change had been made since the 4th of August !!! and I was never informed! My flight was for 9/21/2020. Staying above the financial cost was very high. I'm very sorry but it is an unreliable company. NEVER STOLE WITH THIS COMPANY.

Stay away. It's been months that they are not refunding my tickets for a flight cancelled due to COVID- 19.

Sad to see that Greece is still in the medieval ages when it comes to professionalism. They are just lying non-stop with the hope of me giving up.

There were 8 seats available for a flight from London to Athens. When I tried to pay the petas.gr didn't accept the payment "an error occurred.please try again"
I tried again and again, 4 times during each the price ticket was changing (doubled actually) and until there was 1 seat left. Finally, I booked with another service, accepted the payment and got my ticket. Stay away from petas.gr because you don't petas

Dont book your flight here.. They cancel my flight without any warning and i find it in the airport.. They scum from me all the money

They are not answering on emails and even if they do , it is way too late to help you. And although they now the time limits they do not inform you on time... So the time that you can do your change has passed .
Unreliable and overcharging for services that every other site give for free.
Do not choose them.

Excellent service.
Always helpful, managed to re-arrange my cancelled flights, through email communication.
They respond to the form and then emails in a margin of 2h and with the available options for you to chose. Then they arranged everything and I did not have to either call them or call the airline company.

Unreliable, disappeared, unhelpful, fake telephone numbers, even the airline wasn't able to find them, they don't give a refund, they didn't let me know my flight was cancelled, then no one could find them, many disappointed people was looking for them in their offices but they were empty,

NEVER EVER AGAIN!!! The dont have a valid email, they dont answer the phones, shameless - selling tickets and providing no support is unacceptable!!!

It is the worst company I have ever used. They wouldn't replay to messages or calls and also I couldn't find my reservation. They were unwilling to help me

There are about 7 weeks that I requested a cancelation and I have had no answer yet! Furthermore there is no other way to contact them since they only have an automatic message when you try to call them.
