After these 4 messages, on 5 Sep I have never able to get in touch with your company. No matter of your computer or system issue. It’s all NOT my business, the only thing is “You didn’t tell your customer, the item not in stock! And you need to give the solution to me, you cannot only let your customer keep wait again and again!”
Your family or company need to improve your service skill or even a general business knowledge. Family run business doesn’t mean anything for the excuse! Which international large company wasn’t start from family run business? Why you company so poor to do a communication with customers. DON’T EXCUSE OF THIS CASE ANYMORE.
If any one would like to purchase 2 item by waiting half month delivery service, please get in touch with this no contact number company. Good lucky.
26 Aug Order 2 items. 31 Aug Delivery it took 4 days. The order guarantee next day delivery.
Only one item was delivery, talk with CS, told me the dog food is no stock now. But why your system still able to place order? CS told me after 3 days will have stock. OK I wait until Monday, end of the day I still can’t see anything update. No tracking, no body contact me. I keep getting in touch with them after two days but the only web chat system was nobody answer me. Just like this company wasn’t working anymore.
After a date I continue have no response for anything. I try I use my other email to contact them. Someone replied me immediately, and say it’s an error put my account email to spam???
Ok, I don’t know what wrong from your system whatever. I need a response what’s going on to my order. The CS said I need to wait until 14Sep for dog food back stock.
What!? I’m not surprised I still need to wait. The disappointed point is: If I wasn’t keep try to contact this company, I can pretty sure they WON’T or NEVER let me know I need to wait another week for the stock!
End up refund the order.
