PestUK Abingdon, great service
PestUK Abingdon branch were prompt at answering when we rang to report dead and dying wasps gathering in just one room of our house in early mornings. We were offered a same day booking and Jack came on time having phoned us ahead to confirm his arrival. He listened to our evidence, observed for himself and had the knowledge to ask us relevant questions. He located and treated an unobtrusive wasp nest and had an explanation for what was attracting them into the house overnight. Impressed with his knowkedge and his friendly approach. We have confidence that he has the answer to our uninvited guests and know that he will return if this is not the final solution.

Very much recommend. Received a fast reply on my initial query, literally within 30 mins on the weekend. Then booking the visit was straight forward. They came the next day. Talked me through what they would do with the wasps that I had at my home. Haven't seen the wasps back since, so all looks to have been smoothly dealt with. Thank you again. Great service. Vlad came out the same day, was friendly and professional, and quickly dealt with the wasp nest. He answered all our questions and took extra care to keep our cats safe. Highly recommended.

I'm sorry the communication between our office and technician let you down; having to field calls on the way to site isn't the joined-up service we aim for, and I'll raise it with the team so we tighten things up.
I do understand the price felt steep for a short visit our charges reflect the technician's time, expertise, and call-out rather than minutes on site, but I'm always happy to talk it through if you'd like.
Most importantly, I'm glad the problem was solved that's the result that matters. If anything returns, just email me at scott@pestuk.com and we'll be straight back out.
Would certainly not recommend
Technician arrived to remove birds next in air vent. The birds nest was too far back and said the ducting would have to be replaced. In the meantime he would put wire mesh behind the new vent he fitted and promised me the birds could not get back in. I have an electrician replacing the ducting today no wire mesh and a vent the same that the birds will be able to get into again. The proper vent was not fitted. Over £200 for 20 mins work and lies. Would not recommend them.

If it would help, a photo of what your electrician has found today would be really useful too. I'll personally review what was done, speak to the technician involved, and come back to you so we can put this right.
I understand this has cost you both time and money, and I don't take a complaint like this lightly. I'd really appreciate the chance to investigate and make it good.
