The kit includes several easy to use charges, and each one worked consistently well. Within a day, the insect problem was dramatically reduced. Great value, fast results, and no hassle. Wished I'd read these reviews before…

Wished I'd read these reviews before making an order.
Ordered early December. Contacted to check where it was when it hadny arrived by early Jan.
I was hopeful a couple of weeks later when I received an apology asking whether I'd still like my order.

I have since requested a refund and heard nothing since. The phone number in the website is fake.
Don't be fooled by the legit looking website.

These cowboys need shutting down.

Seems to be a fake scam company

Seems to be a fake scam company. I ordered a fly screen 2 months ago and have heard nothing and no contact number available and no response from their customer service email or online form. Will have to seek a card refund and report to trading standards. Beware.

Poor service

Poor service. Sell faulty goods which when you email them they refuse to reply when they realise it’s about something faulty !!

Avoid These Scammers At All Cost

2NY88964SY9147327. I ordered an item on the 28 January 2023 and paid for it. Their website promises next day delivery if ordered by 3pm. I ordered before 1pm. I have not received the item. It is sitting at 'processing' a week later. There is no contact nunber on their website just a contact Form which I completed three times and received no response from. I paid via PayPal and have reported this as fraud. Avoid these scammers at all cost.

Not fit for purpose

The door fly curtain is not fit for purpose. Within a few weeks it was shredding. Very poor quality. No response from customer 'care'. I would not deal with this company again.

Great new website and excellent service

Great new website - clear to read and understand and easy to navigate. Service was excellent- Ordered sonic badger repellent, I was informed immediately of the purchase and was kept in constant touch by email from leaving the depot to delivery, all over a period of 36 hours of order. EXCELLENT SERVICE, thank you.

Very poor

Placed an order on line which gave no indication the items werent in stock. Initially told the order had shipped which was incorrect and then all of my emails were ignored. I cannot recommend this company.

This is a FAKE company out to scam…

This is a FAKE company out to scam people. Do not order anything from them!! They have been reported to the online fraud police as multiple pest control shopping sites are all registered to the same invalid address and their information on Companies House is false. They will take your money with no further contact and goods will not arrive. Look out for their other websites which normally begin with ‘stop’ ie www.stopbirds.. or www.stopsquirrels... these are all registered under Pest Help Ltd and are all fake.

Dishonest, and awful customer service

Placed order (4242/120422/19) in April, at 10:00 on a Tuesday, as their website promised Next-Day delivery and I planned to be around for it. They didn't even bother processing the order until Wednesday, when I received a DHL e-mail at 11:20, 25 hrs after the order was placed! E-mailed to ask they cancel the order as I would not be available on Thursday; they never bothered responding and DHL left the parcel sitting outside my house overnight.

Had to send another e-mail before they bothered replying, whereby I had to return the item at my own expense, and multiple requests for full refund were ignored; leaving me out of pocket nearly £15 due to their lie of Next-Day delivery and the return shipping.

Avoid at all costs.

No communication & Delivery issues

No communication & Delivery issues. I purchased two products from one of their sister sites "Rat and mouse pest control" (order 2312m). Company states on website next day delivery(£5.95), even though I ordered at 09.20 on Thurs 5th May, It was not dispatched until Friday as received an email from DHL(no comm's from company). So did not get delivered until the following Monday. There is no phone number on the site & the only way of contact is via their email messaging service. Which I did use on the Friday to ask for a refund of some or all of the delivery charge & I'm still waiting for a reply.

Bought 2 product from them for spiders

Bought 2 product from them for spiders. One that I had received, looks totally different than on the photo of their website. I emailed and highlighted the issue, and got a reply that it was the very same product and the best for spiders. Well, none of them work. Spiders couldn’t care less about it. Funnily enough, my review disappeared from their website.
